About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Vibe is a brilliant agency, after having a challenging start to my teaching career, Vibe stood out to me because of their support network and the fact everyone placing me has been a teacher and had worked in the schools they were sending me to, which means they could give really useful advice. Vibe sent me to a variety of brilliant schools, where I ended up getting a long term placement in my favourite school. They have been incredibly supportive helping me navigate my career. Alway lending an ear and giving great advice (especially Tom from the green team!). They are also very active socially, planning lots of fun events and competitions, which brings teachers from all over London together to share in their experiences. Thanks Vibe!!

I have worked with a few agencies in the past and can confidently say that vibe is the best! They are so welcoming and make you feel valued. Amongst several things, I am so impressed with their communication; it's as regular as you'd want , you'd think you were the only teacher that worked with them!

VIBE have literally reignited my love of teaching. They are SO supportive, friendly, kind, patient and affable, and are determined to ensure that you the teacher (or TA) and therefore in turn the schools and the children they serve, are happy, satisfied and have LEARNED SOMETHING by the end of our time with them! I'm extremely grateful for being introduced to them by another teacher friend, and in a difficult and challenging climate for us all they have provided hope and inspiration to carry on doing what I love to do. VIBE have been amazing! I joined late in January, after being disappointed by another agency. Without hesitation, VIBE secured work for me almost immediately. The VIBE staff listened to what my hopes were, and found me a position close to home. Although the role was, at times, challenging VIBE provided support when needed. Ramona, in particular, was fantastic! She rang me just to 'check-in' and was really there to listen. I couldn't recommend VIBE highly enough!

I first heard about Vibe after being recommended to them from a friend in 2020. From that first phone call I knew they would help me to get into my new career choice which was to become a teaching assistant. I had a great time working with Vibe for roughly a year. The Pink and Purple teams gave me the time and flexibility to really understand what age groups I felt comfortable with and what I could and couldn't do. I really do appreciate that. I went to another agency for 6 months but we weren't a good fit and I had to come back to Vibe. Since coming back, the Green Team have taken the time to find me an amazing school that fits me so well. With the support of the Green Team and the support of the school I feel happy to go to work, a feeling I hadn't truly felt for years.

I have joined Vibe couple of months ago after a long career break. They have been fantastic, really fast in processing documents and after only a week I was sent to a school for a day. A week after I already worked in a lovely school in West London for the whole term. I worked for agencies before but have never felt supported as I feel in Vibe, specially by Dave and Robert.

Super agency.I have been working with Vibe for almost 2 years. Yes ,I cheated for them a couple of time because I needed to find out more about teaching agencies around. I can say loudly Vibe are the best.I have the evidence. they are professional, kind,respectfully,resilient hardworking . Overall ,THEM ALL are teachers and can truly understand what does a supply teacher need.
