About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Sign up with them if you're looking for a teaching job, be it supply, permanent job, or tutoring. With Vibe I have had an opportunity to do all of these in the last few years, in a variety of schools, mainstream and SEN. After my personal circumstances changed and I needed something flexible, they offered me day-time tutoring, which is a saviour as I only have to work 3-4h outside, then plan the lessons for my student flexibly at home, with a complete freedom from the burden that full-time teaching at school entails. I'm possibly at the best place of my professional life I have ever been thanks to Vibe. Don't hesitate to go with them - you'll get professional, yet very personal treatment, and more than enough jobs and opportunities.

I've been with Vibe for almost a decade now. There's no dearth of good quality work and the pay rates are excellent. Chris and Marta are my dream team, always providing top notch teaching/tutoring opportunities! I’ve worked with quite a few agencies, but VIBE seems to be my hot favourite; they genuinely care about their educators - it never feels like it’s just a race to get you in the books. I've had an excellent experience with VIBE. The service is friendly, at the same time professional. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your support in the last so many years. Keep doing what you do because you ace it!

Working for Vibe has been really great. I've heard lots of horrible things about agencies and teacher supply jobs but honestly I haven't had any bad experiences. I think it's helpful that the staff are also teachers and so are relatable. They always listen to your concerns and try to solve them as much as they can. Francesca was very supportive whenever I had any issues and on the whole the team was very genuine. Would definitely recommend!

I have been with them for a week so I can’t comment on whether there is a delay in payment. Their pay is low compared to other agencies. However, staff are friendly and I have felt no pressure in accepting jobs. A special shout out to Ramona who has placed me in wonderful schools. Very kind and dedicated.

Vibe are an awesome agency to work for. They have matched me perfectly to suit, not only the practicalities like timetable and location, they have matched me perfectly with the students too, win win! In addition they are super understanding and supportive with any questions I have and making suggestions to support me. Absolutely fantastic agency. When I went down to the office to sign up they sat down and talked with me about exactly what I was looking for so they could specifically cater to my needs. From the start all the staff were welcoming, friendly and relaxed but efficient. I was offered work as soon as my registration was completed and was continually offered work until I got a long term placement that offered me a contract. The team regularly checked in with me to see how I was and there were regular staff socials. Dave, Sophie, Anel and the rest of the team were all really supportive. Thankyou Vibe for a brilliant experience with you guys!

Vibe has given me a great amount of flexibility and tailored my tutoring jobs to suit my needs. I am thoroughly satisfied with my current position and have had little trouble finding work with Vibe. I like the 'vibe' of the office (pun intended). Even when the going has been tough with certain students and schools, Vibe was quick to work out solutions with me. It is also very colourful and accommodating when it comes to invitations to visit the office. Thanks especially to Marta and Chris.

Absolutely amazing agency. Whilst living in London this has been the perfect fit for me wanting to teach and enjoy my time here! Super friendly, approachable and genuinely awesome people. The highlight of my teaching career has been in the schools Vibe matched me with and I’ve been lucky enough to have steady work for over a year now. Couldn’t recommend enough!
