About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I worked with Vibe for 6 months. They gave some supply work but suddenly, they stopped the agreement. Probably, because I denied a long term booking, or because a school may gave an unfair feedback about me. Also they pay one out of the lowest rates in the market.

Vibe teacher Recuritment is fantastic agency out of all other agencies that I have been with before, vibe is the best professionalism and also they way they treat employees freindly guys who would listen and provide the best for teacher and teaching assistants. I had great experience with vibe so far.

I've got nothing but positive things to say about Vibe. Within a day of signing up back in 2014, I was able to secure a week of work at a school and the work has been very consistent ever since. I just wish that I'd discovered them sooner.

Absolutely fantastic teaching agency! They were amazing in contacting me while still living overseas to get all my paperwork sorted so that I could start work within days of touching down in London. As soon as I met the team, I felt like part of the community which is what I needed when first landing in a foreign city not knowing anyone. I have been given work EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last 6 months and never had to travel more than 1 hour to work to some fantastic locations in London. Cannot recommend Vibe enough!

Vibe at the beginning is an ideal agency. Friendly guys, beautiful women, handsome men, induction days and drinks. But later, if you aren't Australian or British or someone who secured a contract you may have problems. They send you for supplies, but actually they are secret trial days. If you don't secure a contract,they ignore you. I would suggest Vibe, only if you're inexperienced. Then you can work with much better agencies.

I have been a member of the vibe team as a supply teacher since January. For an overseas teacher moving to London they have been, and continue to be, supportive and proactive in supporting my move. I first made contact 10 months before I moved just to get the ball rolling and they would contact me regularly and keep me on track in terms of following up regarding paperwork and references so as soon as I graduated I could move over and start work. The unique service that Vibe offer is the client support. My agent and I chat at least fortnightly and this has been such a positive to me settling into a new job in a new city. They have done everything they said they would do and this has meant my move has been successful. I know a lot of people that teach for the agency and some just want part time, and others want full time and have the opportunity to cement themselves within a school due to the trusted agency. Vibe have made my first year of teaching safe, supported and secure so I can enjoy working and living it up in London.

Vibe is, by far, the BEST teaching agency in London, hand on heart! They have such a caring and positive team who bend backwards to care for their teachers. Their service, honesty and dedication to look after you is outstanding. Its goes far beyond just awesome teaching work with Vibe. Their wonderful events and community helps everyone to settle into London and feel at home. Vibe is simply the best!

Being an actor I need flexible work and I never imagined I would find a job outside of performing that I enjoyed until I joined Vibe. They are so friendly and personable, you can be completely open and honest with them about your preferences. I have recommended vibe to loads of people and will continue to. I feel really lucky to have found them and feel like a valued member of their team.

I've been with vibe for almost a year and a half now and I have nothing but positive things to stay about the agency. They provided such a soft landing for me in London, everything from work to accommodation to a social life. Since arriving in the country I haven't gone a day without work, in a range of different schools. One of the draw cards of the agency is the fact that they are all teachers so they can relate to the position in which we are in - really putting our needs and wants first. They are always on the phone ready to give advice, hear about your day and just general chit chat which is reassuring when you first move here! However, the BEST thing about vibe is the social aspect. The chance to meet so many awesome people at the many events and gatherings which the company hosts. 100% recommend!!!!!

Being a part of Vibe Teacher Recruitment has been a life changing experience for me. From the minute I phoned up to inquire, I was welcomed with open arms and it only got better from there. I made a majority of my London based friends through the Vibe community by attending inductions, parties, events and through the schools I worked at. The teams that looked after me made sure I always went to the best schools and was prepared for success! Although I'm not currently working for Vibe, I will always be a Viber and recommend this fantastic agency in a heartbeat!

Joining Vibe has made my London experience. A company full of teachers who have been in your position before allows for understanding most of us need, moving over to a new country or just finding our feet when teaching in London. All the consultants have taught and still teach in the schools they work shows as they have been honest and able to prep me about specific classes and schools before my days. They found me exactly what I wanted and I am now working full time in a great school in central London which a great community of Vibers… and continue to be apart of the Vibe family with regularly catch ups at the office and fun events! Couldn’t thank Vibe enough for your support and hard work, I will couldnt recommend them enough!

A friendly, helpful & genuine service!!! I worked with Vibe for 2 terms doing daily supply before taking on a full-time role. Vibe were very supportive in helping me find the right school and later helped me get sponsored. If you looking for a honest, down to earth, no nonsense agency - vibe are for you!!!

As with a lot of teachers coming over from Australia, I had no idea what to expect in terms of how supply worked, what schools were like, what pay was like etc. Luckily, after some initial hard times I was recommended Vibe by a friend and from then on my whole perspective of teaching in London was changed for the better. The teacher induction that they ran was not only extremely informative but was a great way for people new to London to network with people in similar situations and with similar interests. From then on I was a part of the Green Team and was extremely well looked after by Simon and Tristan who actually listened to what I wanted, got me to schools very close to home and gave me feedback on my days constantly which I found beneficial, especially when teaching in my first few primary days. If you're looking for an agency who actually know where you're coming from (they're all teachers) then look no further than Vibe.

When I first got to London I registered with Vibe and they were great! They really listened to what I was after and helped me get out into some fantastic schools. They were very honest about travel times, expected behaviours and gave excellent info about the schools!! The social side of the agency is fantastic. I met a lot of teachers who were starting out their careers in London which was fantastic. Highly recommend them.

Its been a wonderful experience working with Vibe.Everyone in the team had been very considerate and concerned right from day 1.From sending to school to the follow ups to know how everything is going Vibe has always made me feel belonged.I got regular work through guarantee supply and the green team has been just amazing. Absolutely terrible agency!. Probably the worst I have come across since moving here. I spoke with their manager and told him that I wanted £140 a day for supply and he changed the subject by saying "yeah we'll get to that later" and proceeded to ask me about my hobbies and interests back home. When we finally did get to the topic of pay he told that they wouldn't be able to pay me anywhere near £140 a day and offered £120 through PAYE, to be paid monthly!, and £135 a day if I joined an umbrella company. When I queried him about the reason for this, he gave me some vague response about how they have fees. Why couldn't he just get to the point and tell me what they could and couldn't pay me instead of pretending to be my friend. I also thought that they are extremely unprofessional, it is really ironic that an agency called 'Vibe' has such a strange cultish like atmosphere full of fake people in its office. I thought the whole layout of the office was really weird, and the way the consultants dressed was a bit too casual for my liking, the whole place to me seemed to resemble a University common room and not a professional teaching agency. It was for these two reasons that I decided to not work with Vibe.

I was recommended Vibe by a friend and I'm so glad they did! As an agency welcomed me from the outset like I was a member of their family and it's been the same ever since. They have great schools but offer a lot of variety and options to suit anyone's taste. Possibly the most important aspect of Vibe is that they try to help match you to the right school and any feedback you have about your experience is taken on board for your next assignment. This ensures you have the opportunity to go back to schools you really like (and can make an even more positive impression). There are too many individuals to name but I've been really appreciative of the consistent friendliness and support offered, from the manager Ross, to the teams that look after you day to day when you join Vibe - they're first class! If you're moving overseas and are looking for teaching work - do yourself a favour and give them a go. You won't be disappointed. And you might even make a few mates in the process!

What a fantastic agency! I joined Vibe as I was fustrated with other agencies - and I'm really glad I did! Vibe really offers something different; they really listen to what you want and go out of their way to meet your needs. I have worked with a few agencies now, and I always felt pressured to accept work that wasn't suitable - but Vibe have never tried to do this to me. Also, the amount of work and rate of pay are both very good.

Fantastic team of people! I always felt supported and they really make an effort to make things easier for you. They definitely didn't need to provide all the social aspects that they did (i.e. events, drinks, etc) but they were always great and a wonderful way to relax and meet new people. I can't imagine working with anyone else while teaching in London. They're great!
