We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

Vibe have been amazing to me over the past 15 or so months I have worked on and off with them! I have been extremely looked after by everyone and have always been found work when I've needed it! Not to mention, have always been able to take the time of when needed as well - excellent flexibility! Would highly recommend Vibe to anyone looking for teaching/teachers assisting work.

Vibe has been very consistent with providing you work and taking into account of your preferences of what year level you want to teach. I am pleased with the service and support that i have received from the vibe team! Kelsey from the purple team was GREAT! She have been helpful, friendly and supportive all the time. I will recommend vibe to my family, friends and anyone who is looking for a teaching agency in London.

I had signed up with two other agencies before I left Australia but my whole teaching experience changed for the better when I was recommended Vibe (a recruitment company started by a couple of Aussie teachers) from a fellow Aussie I met on my travels. From the very first meeting at the Vibe office, I was made to feel welcome and a part of the Vibe Family. All the staff were warm and enthusiastic and always professional and well organised. I was placed in some great schools for casual teaching and before long they found me a longer term placement in a great school that was close to where I was living. And there is the social side of Vibe… regular social events, be it sport or casual drinks at the pub… there is the opportunity to meet loads of new people and I made some lifelong friends. If you’re going to London to teach … Vibe is your only to-go!

Dishonest agency. They pretend that they are good and positive, but they are bad people, especially Elise. Sometimes they call to ask you how is your date, but when they send you to a crap school never call. And suddenly they many not call you again. Rate is just 58 for TA/CS and 110 for Teacher. You also need to scan the timesheet. Avoid!

Vibe was one of the teaching agencies I contacted for teaching work, before arriving in London. Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, they made my move to London so smooth and stress free. I was lucky enough to be placed in a great team, who found me a full-time position at an amazing school which I worked at for over a year. I would definitely recommend Vibe to friends and fellow teachers :)

I have only recently signed up with vibe after being recommended by a friend. I met with Jacob from the red team last Thursday who went through everything with me and what my ideal position would be. The whole red team introduced themselves to me, everyone was lovely! I literally got a message from Jacob the next day asking to give him a call in regards to this "perfect job" we had discussed the day before. By that afternoon he had organised me to meet with the principal at an amazing school in the heart of London for a year 1/2 intervention teacher (my dream position). I have now met with the principal and have a trial day in the next few weeks for the position starting next school year. Although I haven't got the position yet, the whole process was so professional and Jacob kept me in the loop the whole way. Even if this position doesn't work out I am confident that vibe will be working hard to find me another great opportunity. I have already recommended them to another teaching friend. What is great about vibe is that they are all teachers and actually teach at the schools they send you to.

Can not fault Ross and the team at vibe during my time in London. Within days of arriving placements were organised and I was teaching in schools across London. At the start of the next school year, Vibe were able to secure me a 12 month contract at a great school in north-west London. This allowed me to get the right experience to progress my career when I returned to Australia.

I want to say how highly I would recommend Vibe. They have revolutionised my London experience by finding me a school that perfectly suits my experience and preferences. The different teams work together so their candidates can get exactly what they want. I wish that I had been with them from the start of my London experience.

I was very happy with my time as a teacher at Vibe. It was because of the catch ups at the parks that I found 2 life long friends and a roommate for my time living in London. I had work as a supply teacher everyday. I then was offered a full time role at the school I had been consistently at for a month. It all worked out perfectly. Everyone was always helpful with emails and phone calls. Thanks Vibe for the good times.

I can't say enough about Vibe for what they have done for my partner and I, except legend...wait for it...dary!! From first contact, to when we walked into headquarters and beyond they have been hugely supportive, welcoming and friendly. They made our transition from Australia to London as seamless as possible and we are extremely grateful for the treatment we have received, and the flexibility Vibe has shown for our busy work-life schedule. The teams at Vibe have cared for me like a second family. Always checking in and keeping me updated and even just checking in to see how my weekend was, which speaks volumes for the staff at Vibe and their attitude towards their job and my employment. A big shoutout to Owie, Jess and Laura in the Green Team, you guys are champions! I would absolutely recommend sending Vibe an email if you're interested in teaching in London! The fact that everyone who works at Vibe is part of the education industry makes a huge difference to their service and your experience!

I worked with Vibe for 6 months. They gave some supply work but suddenly, they stopped the agreement. Probably, because I denied a long term booking, or because a school may gave an unfair feedback about me. Also they pay one out of the lowest rates in the market.

Vibe teacher Recuritment is fantastic agency out of all other agencies that I have been with before, vibe is the best professionalism and also they way they treat employees freindly guys who would listen and provide the best for teacher and teaching assistants. I've got nothing but positive things to say about Vibe. Within a day of signing up back in 2014, I was able to secure a week of work at a school and the work has been very consistent ever since. I just wish that I'd discovered them sooner.

Absolutely fantastic teaching agency! They were amazing in contacting me while still living overseas to get all my paperwork sorted so that I could start work within days of touching down in London. As soon as I met the team, I felt like part of the community which is what I needed when first landing in a foreign city not knowing anyone. I have been given work EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last 6 months and never had to travel more than 1 hour to work to some fantastic locations in London. Cannot recommend Vibe enough!

Vibe at the beginning is an ideal agency. Friendly guys, beautiful women, handsome men, induction days and drinks. But later, if you aren't Australian or British or someone who secured a contract you may have problems. They send you for supplies, but actually they are secret trial days. If you don't secure a contract,they ignore you. I would suggest Vibe, only if you're inexperienced. Then you can work with much better agencies.

I have been a member of the vibe team as a supply teacher since January. For an overseas teacher moving to London they have been, and continue to be, supportive and proactive in supporting my move. I first made contact 10 months before I moved just to get the ball rolling and they would contact me regularly and keep me on track in terms of following up regarding paperwork and references so as soon as I graduated I could move over and start work. The unique service that Vibe offer is the client support. My agent and I chat at least fortnightly and this has been such a positive to me settling into a new job in a new city. They have done everything they said they would do and this has meant my move has been successful. I know a lot of people that teach for the agency and some just want part time, and others want full time and have the opportunity to cement themselves within a school due to the trusted agency. Vibe have made my first year of teaching safe, supported and secure so I can enjoy working and living it up in London.

Being an actor I need flexible work and I never imagined I would find a job outside of performing that I enjoyed until I joined Vibe. They are so friendly and personable, you can be completely open and honest with them about your preferences. I have recommended vibe to loads of people and will continue to. I feel really lucky to have found them and feel like a valued member of their team.
