About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Incredibly helpful and accomodating of my requests as an agency. I was able to secure long term positions and have a constant flow of daily supply depending on my needs and Vibe were in constant communication throughout.

The Vibe team have been great to work alongside of. They have wide range of school and positions available. I came to London without a role and they had me out at schools, seeing different parts of London ASAP. They worked hard to find the right school for me for the year. My team have supported me through getting my paperwork sorted and continued to check in and be flexible when needed. Thanks to Phil and the Pink Team!

I've been working with Vibe since I joined them in January of last year. For supply teaching, it has thus far worked out perfectly! My main consultants are Tanya and Ian, and they are both incredibly lovely and polite. They always try to find work near me and often send me advance bookings. Payments are PAY-E, made on a monthly basis and I never need to worry about timesheets because most of it is done online. I also love VIBE events! I always get to meet caring and friendly individuals who enjoy working in education as much as I do! Choose VIBE! Highly recommended!

I have been working with Vibe for nearly a year now. At the moment I work in the Green Team. Shout out to Jack, Tess and Tom from the Green Team. They are friendly and work hard to match me up with the right school, unfortunately sometimes it is too far for me. On the day I work they also check in to see how I am and my day is going. I would recommend the agency if you are young and flexible with geographical location.

Got in contact with vibe before making the move to the UK from Aus! Jacob was the best resource ensuring he was fully contactable whenever I needed him, and answering every question - no matter how small! He always listened to what I needed, or expected and matched it. Including in my hunt for full time work, getting onto it quickly to save any apprehension on my behalf. Highly recommend working with Vibe as it’s an actual vibe and a great place to get around!

I cannot speak highly enough of entire team at Vibe, but in particular Tom from the Green team has made my move to London absolutely seamless. The service you’ll receive at Vibe is not even comparable to other agencies. It feels like I’ve had 24-hour support to establish stability here, including both working and social life. It was the best decision I have ever made!!

Working with Vibe has been the best decision I've made around my move to London. The whole team has been so incredibly supportive from the initial email I sent, and are a bunch of truly great people. Tom from the Green Team in particular is so welcoming and makes a conscious effort to ensure you're supported in all aspects of London life. I’m currently on a long term placement through the Gold team at Vibe with Ramona as my main agent. From the outset Ramona has made a huge effort in making sure my interests have been put first by the school and no problem is too big. She has been incredibly helpful & goes above and beyond whether it’s sorting out any issues I’ve had or just acting as a sounding board after a particularly tough day. I’ve never worked with an agency that is as helpful and friendly as Vibe and I cannot recommend them enough. Big up Ramona and the Gold Team!!

Tom and the incredible green team have been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process. I have honestly never walked into an office space and felt so welcome and as part of a team as I felt walking into vibe. Vibe have created such a seamless process all whilst ensuring you are well guided every step of the way. This was a huge positive for me as we started liaising on opposite ends of the world however it always felt so easy and I felt so supported. Any questions I ever had were always answered above and beyond. Applying for a new position in a country I had just moved to was something that I initially thought of as such a daunting experience, however any preconceived anxious feelings or thoughts I had all went away when Tom took me under his wing and before I knew it I was part of the incredible vibe family! I could not recommend working for this company more. Everyone genuinely cares about one another and the office and whole team have such a good vibe. The relationships and bonds you form within the company are incredible, especially when you are trying to find your feet having just moved somewhere new it is such a comforting feeling. It honestly says it all in the company’s name, the VIBES are AWESOME and Tom, Jack, Jess, the green team and everyone who make up the team at VIBE are absolute super stars !!!

Hi everyone, I have the best experience with Vibe. They work in teams. I want to say thank you to Nathan Lemin, Luke Lapazzo, Suzie, Julia, Maddy, who have been working with me over the last year for their positive can do attitude and being passionate about what they do.
