About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Tom and the incredible green team have been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process. I have honestly never walked into an office space and felt so welcome and as part of a team as I felt walking into vibe. Vibe have created such a seamless process all whilst ensuring you are well guided every step of the way. This was a huge positive for me as we started liaising on opposite ends of the world however it always felt so easy and I felt so supported. Any questions I ever had were always answered above and beyond. Applying for a new position in a country I had just moved to was something that I initially thought of as such a daunting experience, however any preconceived anxious feelings or thoughts I had all went away when Tom took me under his wing and before I knew it I was part of the incredible vibe family! I could not recommend working for this company more. Everyone genuinely cares about one another and the office and whole team have such a good vibe. The relationships and bonds you form within the company are incredible, especially when you are trying to find your feet having just moved somewhere new it is such a comforting feeling. It honestly says it all in the company’s name, the VIBES are AWESOME and Tom, Jack, Jess, the green team and everyone who make up the team at VIBE are absolute super stars !!!

Hi everyone, I have the best experience with Vibe. They work in teams. I want to say thank you to Nathan Lemin, Luke Lapazzo, Suzie, Julia, Maddy, who have been working with me over the last year for their positive can do attitude and being passionate about what they do. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Vibe! They have been nothing but amazing with helping me get started with teaching over in the UK! The green team have helped me every step of the way and I couldn’t thank them enough. Jimmy, Jack, Tom and Tess have been incredible humans and made my life so much easier with not just work questions regarding teaching in the UK but general help as well with great places to live, help with the Visa application and tips to make the transition easier. I’m already meeting so many people here and I haven’t even hit a month yet! If you are thinking about making the move to the UK or working with Vibe… DO IT! You will not regret it!

Joining vibe was the best decision I have made. It’s an amazing team, they are the most friendly and most welcoming people ever! I have had no issues regarding securing work, everyday I was somewhere and they met my needs and requirements as well! The vibe was definitely there whilst working and they always made sure that I was happy and always checked up on me and how my day went at the school. I would definitely recommend Vibe to my friends and family!

My friend and I are going to the UK and we got in contact with the VIBE teammate Tom. Absolute legend, so easy to talk to and so welcoming. Answered all my questions about what we would be coming into and was more than just a phone call about employment. Tom went above and beyond with encouraging us to continue with our plans of travel but also having the security of a job when we landed. So excited to be a part of the VIBE team knowing we will be working with people who care about us and encourage our passions.

Worked with Vibe for 9 months doing teaching assisting and I cannot recommend them enough! The agency itself are always approachable and will provide consistent work. They are also very flexible. I moved flats 3 times during my time with them and they always got me located in a school convenient to me commute-wise. Ramona was the absolute best! So helpful, friendly, and understanding. The only reason I left was due to receiving an opportunity I couldn’t turn down. Highly recommend.

Since I joined VIBE in 2021, I have found them to be a very proactive and professional agency to work with. They have always provided placements to suit my availability. They are very friendly, approachable and helpful. The VIBE staff has been very, very supportive, especially Dave. He rings just to ‘check-in’ and listens to any challenges or issues I might have. I have and will continue to recommend VIBE as an awesome agency to friends and colleagues. There are so many teaching agencies out there it's difficult knowing which one to choose. I've worked for quite a few and love Vibe. I've been given loads of work in school local to me, they always negotiate a great rate of pay and give me honest feedback. Liz from the Purple team is fantastic! Went to the Vibe Christmas party last week - packed, free food and drinks, and a snuggly hoodie! What more could you want!

Vibe is a brilliant agency, after having a challenging start to my teaching career, Vibe stood out to me because of their support network and the fact everyone placing me has been a teacher and had worked in the schools they were sending me to, which means they could give really useful advice. Vibe sent me to a variety of brilliant schools, where I ended up getting a long term placement in my favourite school. They have been incredibly supportive helping me navigate my career. Alway lending an ear and giving great advice (especially Tom from the green team!). They are also very active socially, planning lots of fun events and competitions, which brings teachers from all over London together to share in their experiences. Thanks Vibe!!
