About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I’ve been with Vibe for a number of years having had them recommended to me by another teacher. They have provided me with a great service and plenty of work. Each team I’ve worked with have been caring, appreciative, friendly and genuinely interested it suiting my needs to the needs of the schools I’ve worked in. I cannot recommend them enough!

I would highly recommend this agency, whether you’re looking for a long term position or just daily supply. All staff are so friendly and supportive they really do take the time to cater to your needs and try their best to find schools for you. I have been with vibe teaching for a while and I can honestly say I have enjoyed the different schools I have taught in.

Top notch for friendliness, professionalism and pay rate! I have worked with many agencies across the city but none have made me feel as valued and at home like Vibe! It’s amazing how YOU can be at the heart of someone’s full time job, how they manage to find the kind words when u mess up and encouragement when you have bad day. I felt that my Purple team, especially Liz and Daniella came with me to every school as they have offered all the support I needed along the way. Vibe is possibly the best agency I've worked with, since the beginning of my time with them I have not once been let down. Vibe has been an excellent company since I joined them 1 year ago .I would like to give a shout to Jess and Tom ,as they check weekly for me and how I’m doing at my current work place . They send me invitations of any ceremony held. If I feel unhappy with an situation that has occurred in my school they immediately sort it out.
