About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Vibe is an epic agency, the team really cares about placing you in schools where you’re happy. I’ve heard some horror stories from teachers working for other agencies in London so I’m really grateful I chose Vibe! such fun Team Events, excellent communication and I’ve had work every single day. I have just left VIBE to join my school permanently that I was at through VIBE, have nothing but brilliant things to say about them. They are always keeping in touch with you and care about your well-being as well as trying to place you in schools that work for you. Just recently joined Vibe, the green team working with Thomas Magee. Within a day he found me a very suitable role as to what I was looking for, and I’m glad to say that I got the position. This was down to Thomas understanding my needs and what would suit me as to where I should be placed. Thomas Magee was very thorough and very helpful to find a suitable match. Excellent agency to work through in London. Very personable and approachable from the get-go. Onboarding was smooth and they allow for lots of flexibility in terms of your availability, making this the perfect choice for someone who is seeking a job in education but also wanting to travel for example. I worked predominantly through the pink team who were all extremely helpful but spoke to Christie regularly who was amazing - so supportive throughout my time teaching here. Always happy to work with your needs and requests! I was never without work.

The Vibe team have been great to work alongside of. They have wide range of school and positions available. I came to London without a role and they had me out at schools, seeing different parts of London ASAP. They worked hard to find the right school for me for the year. I've been working with Vibe since I joined them in January of last year. For supply teaching, it has thus far worked out perfectly! My main consultants are Tanya and Ian, and they are both incredibly lovely and polite. They always try to find work near me and often send me advance bookings. Payments are PAY-E, made on a monthly basis and I never need to worry about timesheets because most of it is done online. I also love VIBE events! I always get to meet caring and friendly individuals who enjoy working in education as much as I do! Choose VIBE! Highly recommended!

I have been working with Vibe for nearly a year now. At the moment I work in the Green Team. Shout out to Jack, Tess and Tom from the Green Team. They are friendly and work hard to match me up with the right school, unfortunately sometimes it is too far for me. On the day I work they also check in to see how I am and my day is going. I would recommend the agency if you are young and flexible with geographical location.

Got in contact with vibe before making the move to the UK from Aus! Jacob was the best resource ensuring he was fully contactable whenever I needed him, and answering every question - no matter how small! He always listened to what I needed, or expected and matched it. Including in my hunt for full time work, getting onto it quickly to save any apprehension on my behalf. Highly recommend working with Vibe as it’s an actual vibe and a great place to get around!
