We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Ramona in gold team is THE BEST! She has been supportive and incredible throughout my whole experience of supply teaching. It has been made clear to me that Vibe are incredibly legit and honest, they genuinely care about getting their clients work and they ensure their clients are paid correctly and on time. Ramona has always been there for me when needs be: prior to attending a school, after a difficult day, after a great day and just any time I feel I need to chat! No matter how busy she is, she will make time for you. She is always there to listen and is extremely understanding and lovely! When she has not been in the office, she has ensured the team look after me and always comes back to ask how I have got on. Thank you, Ramona + gold team! I appreciate you and would strongly suggest Vibe as the #1 teaching agency out there :)

This is by far the best teaching agency in Lindon. David and his team care about you and will only send you to schools to which you are suited. I have worked for several agencies in the past who will send you to any school and lie to you telling you it is a great school. David sent me to a great school in North London and I have now secured a permanent position at the school. This agency cares about you they are not just money grabbing "marketing" people. The people you deal with are also teachers themselves. Use VIBE only.

I started to work with VIBE since April 2023 and I would definitely recommend the agency . Jack and Tess have been quite supportive and personable . They always call/ text to check on me after a new job to ensure that I was comfortable . I have been working consistently as a TA and they have always tried to find jobs that were in close proximity to me. I really appreciate the open line of communication with this agency ! Started working with Vibe recently and have had a fantastic experience. I’m part of the Green Team which looks after South West London and have already been placed into a lovely primary school close to me for supply TA work. They’ve been super communicative and flexible and Tess and Jack were incredibly welcoming when I first started, and have been supportive since the get go!

Vibe have made the process of settling into London and finding work super easy. Just recently joined Vibe, the green team working with Thomas Magee. Within a day he found me a very suitable role as to what I was looking for, and I’m glad to say that I got the position. Excellent agency to work through in London. Very personable and approachable from the get-go. Onboarding was smooth and they allow for lots of flexibility in terms of your availability, making this the perfect choice for someone who is seeking a job in education but also wanting to travel for example. I worked predominantly through the pink team who were all extremely helpful but spoke to Christie regularly who was amazing - so supportive throughout my time teaching here. Always happy to work with your needs and requests! I was never without work.
