About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The consultants listen to your feedback and give you advice on the different schools from their personal experiences, which is awesome. The best thing is Vibe embrace and promote a family feel and support your goals and needs in whatever that may be. Definitely recommend VIBE TEACHING!!

I have now started full time at my school in Putney and it is thanks to Phil and the team at Vibe for getting me in there as supply last year. Phil was always positive and supportive and was very helpful in his follow up and support.

Really good 100% trustworthy agency. They have your back and pay you fairly. I used them for work in Fulham. They’re all super friendly and really organised. They offered me a chance for longer term sick leave cover over individual days, which I took, and we’re really flexible when I needed days off etc.

Vibe is a wonderful agency to work with and I wish I worked with them from when I arrived in the UK. Unfortunately, due to Visa matters, I wasn’t able to work with them long, but I really enjoyed the time that I did. Right from the beginning everyone in the office was extremely kind, understanding and accommodating of my situation. They found work for me everyday and made sure to check in and support me along the way. Freya even met me on my first day to take me out for coffee and accompany me to the school. Vibe is one of the only agencies (that I am aware of) in London that finds you work 5 days a week. Additionally, they are very keen on throwing social events to show their appreciation for their candidates and encourage them to get to know one another. A big thank you to Freya and Nate for all of their hard work!

Outstanding teaching agency! I moved over from Australia and Vibe assisted me through every step of the process - from making arrangements from back home to setting me up with a job as soon as I arrived. The support they provided me with while I was working as a teacher through them was second to none. I can't recommend them enough!

Thanks to Cristina and Alex and Sophie Vibe has really exceeded my expectations about supporting and advising me on my next role as well as granting me a placement or cover that is suitable for myself and realistically achievable. I found the staff extremely enthusiastic and friendly and professional yet also informal and caring which is good news. In addition they gave me opportunities for building my teaching experience and in various subject competencies which has proved invaluable and rewarding. Vibe was one of two agencies I sent my CV to upon moving into London. I was happily surprised at how quick they got in touch with me and had me in their straight away. Within days of signing up I had several phone calls from various people with different jobs which they thought would suit me, I had so much choice. They listened to me and ended up finding me the perfect job. Going in for the interview and job trial I was supported 10000% the whole way, any questions I had were no trouble to answer and they encouraged and believed in me right from the start. It has been so nice to be constantly communicated with and always knowing whats going on, such a personal service where they actually try to get to know you as a friend not just an employee. I really feel like I have been taken under their wing and I am so excited to continue to work for this wonderful agency!

Vibe is a welcoming, helpful and professional company that I highly recommend to all levels of experience. Having come to London looking for the career change into teaching, I loosely contacted vibe for some information - before I knew it, the team had found me places in schools and I was ready for my first day in the classroom within a week. Vibe’s communication is of the highest standard and you can rely on the team to always have your best interests at the forefront of their agenda. Overall it’s been a very seamless and enjoyable time working with Andrew and the purple team at Vibe. Can’t thank them enough for their continuous efforts.
