About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Through Vibe I found my dream teaching job! I explained to them clearly what I wanted to achieve from my career while in London, and they understood completely and met every expectation. I recommend getting in touch with the legends at vibe to anyone new to London or looking for work. They are personable and are dedicated to finding the right fit job for every teacher or TA. With so many teaching agencies in London, Vibe definitely have the happiest teachers and the best staff! Not only will they set you up with a job but a whole group of friends too.

I have had a really positive experience with Vibe recruitment and will be gutted that I can't work for them anymore. They really care about your personal development and placements. This is made clear through the regular communication you have such as having a phonecall every Friday to catch up, the fact that the recruiters are teachers themselves and work in these schools every so often - therefore they understand the job and what is best for you. The office is cool and welcoming. Vibe organise socials for the recruiters and TA's so they can get to know each other better, which is fantastic and adds to the personal experience you receive. I would like to thank all the staff were so welcoming during my induction, especially to my recruiters, Cristina and Alex. It was a massive pleasure to work with them as they are easy going but professional, organised and supportive. They made me feel like a valued member of the team and gave me a lot of their time and options for working in different places. They are refreshing in this sense as often, recruiters don't take as much time to understand the employee and their needs, rather they look at employees as vacancy fillers. Will definitely miss them both and recommend them to anybody looking to sign up to vibe!

The people at Vibe are very inviting and friendly. I wasn't from London and they were very accommodating and considerate and easy to talk to when needed. They have a very positive environment and it is almost like a big family of teachers and teacher aids.

Although not provided with work every day, Vibe were good with preparing me when they did provide work. Very friendly and accomodating over the phone, and provided decent quality of schools. They will push you to take the jobs that they offer, but that's to be expected with any agency. They are very good at replying on contact. Would recommend to anyone wanting to teach in London.

I started working with Vibe on 26/10/15, I didn't have enough experience and confident to work in the school. They are professional, well organized and very helpful team. especially Will, in the green team, he was always joyful, even at 6pm in the morning, he is excellent leader to work with, it was always pleaser to talk with him!! He would call me at the end of the day to asked me, how my day went, he made me feel special, even though I work for my money. I will missed him so much!!!

I cannot say a bad word about Vibe! They helped make the transition from Australia to London so smooth - helping me with all my paperwork, bank account etc so I could start working within days of arriving in London. The schools I was sent to were amazing and really helped me develop as a teacher. I was out working every single day the whole time I was in London. I went to London on my own but never felt alone being part of the awesome Vibe community - they have regular social events to be a part of and networking to meet others in the same boat as me. I made some lifelong friends through Vibe (as well as plenty of travel buddies and flatmates). For anyone considering making the move to teach in London - get in touch with Vibe, you won't regret it!

Absolutely lovely team to work for, extremely understanding of my performing career so were highly flexible, more so than any other agency I've worked for. I am really happy to have chosen Vibe as a teaching agency and become part of them for longer than 4 years now, they have been always getting work for me and looking after me.
