About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

The type of work I wished to do was quite specfic and I was not ready to hear anybody tell me I could not do it. Thankfully, Vibe teaching found something and I could not be happier. This is my first time going to a teaching agency and the first place they find for me is a success. I am more than happy with the placement and glad to be staying full time.

As a teacher returning after some years' gap, I found Vibe to be just the right way to get into the classroom again. My team has been been sensitive to my needs regarding flexibility, type of classes and location of schools. I am well matched to most placements. They organise periodic get togethers in congenial settings ensuring opportunities to meet colleagues and it feels good to belong to a teaching community again. Work is always on offer and there is always someone else from Vibe around. I definitely recommend them.

Vibe is a dynamic and proactive agency, who have found me work all the time I need it. They are highly relational, knowing me and my requirements. They regularly keep in contact and provide good feedback. They run fun activities for fellow "Vibers". I can't rate them highly enough. They are a great organisation to work for.

Highly recommend Vibe to anyone wishing to work in London as a Teacher or TA. From the moment I arrived in London from Australia they were supportive of my needs and helped me to find work ASAP. They were very helpful with enquiries and any questions I had as well as helping me sort all necessary paperwork that comes with working in a new country. Andrew and the purple team have made my working experience a positive one through regular contact and feedback. They have also assisted me to settle in London and helped make the big move an easy one through invites to social events where I have met many new friends. Can't recommend this agency enough.

Vibe is an agency full of energy and inspiration, very proactive in finding work for you and following up afterwards to see how you got on. Everyone is amicable, easy to get along with and are interested in you as a person. They create an atmosphere that makes you feel part of something pretty special in the world of education. They care for those that work for them and for the students they send you too. I never would have imagined being a TA but they gave me the confidence to give it a go - really happy that I did!

A very well organized and helpful team. On top of that, they are very understandable. Especially, the people i am in contact with Donovan and Sophie. Always available for support. They helped me a lot in pursuing career goals. Furthermore, they show marvelous hospitality during get together events.

Vibe has been fantastic so far! Moving to London could have been a tricky task but Kate and the team at Vibe did everything possible to make sure my initial experience was great! I got work straight away and have worked every possible day since. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to teach in London.

An amazing agency that made my move from New Zealand to London very easy as most of us are Kiwi or Aussie !! I rung them two days into moving over and had an interview that same day and a job within the week. If you want to have a lot of fun with co workers and help the youth succeed then this is the right agency for you ! Vibe is always caring about you and checking up to make sure you're okay, the communication is great ! Their parties with FREE FOOD AND DRINKS makes it a very fun and rewarding agency(:

Secondary Blue Team at Vibe have been a big help to me. Helped me with my DBS and found me a place to work almost immediately. I really like the school that I've been placed at and appreciate all the help Vibe have given to me. Really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for work in a school!

The easiest way to work in London as a teacher. Vibe teaching cares about you and your wealth. They make sure you’re happy at the school and working in their company. They take care about your priorities as a teacher, the most far they would send you is 1h by public transport and they help you with all the procedures before starting. For them having a cordial and good relation with you is key. Is this simple (Happy employee - Happy teaching -Happy agency)
