We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I started working with Vibe on 1st November 2015, when I started I didn't have much experience I only had two hours a week voluntary at my children school. They gave me training, a lots of advice about the schools and their expectation of me, and they were always cheerful even if I called them 6:am in the morning they were wide awake and so full of energy. their direction is straight forward, and they also called me at the end of the day to asking me how my day went! even I remembered some of the school gave vibe bad feedback about my work, they never angry with me, even when I was wrong, but they always encouraging me and explaining to me that how all school are different and they all works differently. I used to tell them any thing, if I don't like the school or if they were not nice to me I am absolutely feel free to share with them, because they were just like my best friend!! They also invited us for a free drink and food, three times a year. They were the best agency I ever know and heard. I always advertise Vibe to others people and I will continue to do that. Now I have a permanent job through the school they sent me. I will missed them so much!! because they were amazing to me and all their staff!! "LOTS OF LOVE"

Thank you for all your help finding me schools on such odd days and always listening to me even if I was having a moan!Also catering to my specific needs such as finding schools in my local area South East instead of the city. I used VIBE in 2014 and again 2017/2018 so who knows I might be back in the future! I would definitely recommend VIBE, they are friendliest group of people and very personable, with a lovely base of schools.

Vibe are a wonderful agency to be with. From the start they were very supportive and always checked in to ensure I had work also considering my preferences. Regular chats with members of the office ensured I was given regular work as well as many teaching and travel tips. Throughout the year I have felt supported and have enjoyed the opportunity to work in a range of schools. Thank you very much to all members of Vibe who made the transition of moving to London and teaching much easier.

This agency is the best. They are hard working, lovely to talk to and just a breath of fresh air. Amazing! Each person I have spoken to has been super friendly and helpful. Effort is put in, always willing to go the extra mile. I love vibe! Can’t fault vibe one bit. Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for teaching roles.

Vibe have been the best agency to work for! It can be a minefield trying to find someone you trust to work for when you move to the UK as a teacher as there are so many agencies to choose from. I can’t recommend Vibe enough. Other than being amazing, fun people, they are also honest and genuine and actually care about you finding a role you enjoy! I have been teaching for 20 years and wanted to have less stress and more time to be with my family and pursuing my own interests. Supply Teaching allows you to be more flexible with your days, grants you free evenings and weekends too! I have been working with Vibe since January and I am really happy with the arrangement. I work 3 or 4 days a week, choosing when to take days off. Daire and Paul from Yellow Team are great for finding work that suits me. Sometimes I work with other teams and have the chance to explore other parts of London. Vibe has a great social network for Teachers who are new to London too.

I chose VIBE to enter into supply teaching because of their personable approach and I've been amazed by the level of support they've given me. Also, I am constantly guaranteed work and their teams really take into consideration my area preferences...
