We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Very friendly staff who take an interest in Teachers personally and professionally without being obtrusive. Matt has been my closest confidant and is a lovely guy who is on the ball with getting good schools and keeping you up to date on what's happening in the coming days and weeks.

I registered with Vibe after being referred to by a friend. During the whole process of registration, they've been nothing but helpful. They are both friendly and professional and at the same time, very supportive, especially the people I talked to frequently, James and Laura. Vibe teaching agency is an amazing agency which I highly recommend!

Sll yhe stuff that I have been in contact from vibe agency, are welcoming, polite and friendly. They always try to find jobs which fit my criteria and are very understanding. The payment isn’t great but I agreed to it.

I first made contact with Vibe late in 2016 at the time I was beginning to make plans for my relocation form Australia to the U.K. I had been talking to other agencies at the time and was debating which agency to join. It didn't take me long to decide that Vibe was the agency for me. I appreciated their down to earth approach and also the fact that it is an agency run by teachers for teachers. I felt that it was important that those people representing you had a full understanding of a day/week/month/year in the life of being a teacher. All staff at their agency directly work in schools and know what a tough gig teaching can be. Vibe helped me every step of the way prior to moving to London and they made all of the necessary logistics in preparation for teaching as soon as I arrived in London easy. All staff members I've worked with have been so helpful in so many ways. I'll never forget the first day I went to meet staff at the agency office in Hammersmith, Nick couldn't have been more helpful. I told him I was apprehensive about getting around. He walked me to the bus and showed me how to use my travel app, he was even offering to pay for my bus ride should my card not work. I couldn't believe it! I've worked closely with the Pink team for the most part. I did one term of supply work and then decided I wanted a continuous role in one school on one class. Phil and El on the Pink Team have been so supportive and listened to what I was looking for. I've ended up in a school with a class I'm enjoying a great deal. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone working in London schools. I've met quite a few people during my experiences in various London schools who have either recently changed agencies to Vibe or have heard so many great things about it that they are considering changing agencies. Vibe has helped me with many things, not just to do with teaching. They've also helped me with matters related to personal logistic to do with settling in another country. They constantly make contact to check up on me to ensure all is well and to ask if theres anything they can do to help me further. I'm so thankful for their services and won't be changing agencies anytime soon. I'm totally satisfied! A big thumbs up to Vibe, Phil and El in particular. Go Pink Team!

Vibe are the friendliest agency you could ask for. They are extremely welcoming, particularly if you have moved to London from overseas, committed, honest and personable on many levels. They offer a great level of service right from the first phone call, to registering and then also once you're out at work. The consultants get to know you personally and will do the best they can to help you depending on your circumstances. They also organise regular social events which is great for meeting new people or socialising with other teachers potentially in the same situation as you. If you're looking for a friendly, honest, social and professional teaching agency - give Vibe a call.

Vibe were a huge help in getting the foundation down for me to get to London! Lots of help with everything I needed, organised an interview for me before I left aus and within a week of landing I had a full time position at a school. No longer with Vibe but still with the school and I owe it to Vibe.

Working for vibe has been the best change in my career. Flexibility, clear communication and absolutely pleasant exchanges with my team in the office (BIG hearts to Sophie and Donovan!). With Vibe there is never a dull moment, as the teams try to suit your needs and match you according to your skills and preferences. As someone wanting to explore a lot of London's schools, the red team has been amazing giving me a wide variety from private, to single sex, to SEN and even some primary school teaching! They are quick to provide feedback from the schools you worked in, and even quicker to give you a call just to see if your day was okay. They plan socials and are always a point of contact should you have any questions. I would highly recommend Vibe, as I have done already with ex-colleagues and even newly qualified teachers!

Vibe have been an awesome agency, who were able to provide me with work as soon as I got to London. They have given me a wide range of opportunities during this time, which has been extremely beneficial on furthering my teaching. The red teams service has been outstanding. Always ringing to make sure my day was a success and constantly trying to set me up with schools that were right for me. They’ve also given me the opportunity to meet other teachers by throwing lots of different fun events throughout the year. have made my teaching experience much more enjoyable in London, and could not recommend it highly enough!
