About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I don’t think it can get much better than VIBE! From the first day I signed up Freya from green team has been so supportive, helpful, understanding and organised!! Freya is always just a phone call away and is super approachable and friendly and always goes out of her way to check in to make sure everything is going ok! I have worked for other agencies prior to VIBE and there is no comparison, I have had consistent work in amazing schools, everyone on the team is amazing and the social events are always a lot of fun!

I joined Vibe in March and would highly recommend them. Vibe is a great company with a great sense of community. They have assisted me throughout the whole process of finding work in the UK. It is great to work for people who can relate to you and understand the difficulites of teaching in the UK. They really do give their best and I cannot recommend the services of their team more!

I honestly became so much happier with my work over here once I joined Vibe - they got me into a teaching role I was actually passionate about, and because of that not only do I have phenomenal experience to go back home with but also some really beautiful memories!

I definitely recommend Vibe!! I have signed up with different agencies for more than two months but none of them can get me through the paperwork and able to send me out to work. I am so lucky that I found Vibe eventually. They have been very effective— it took me around a week from registration to start working. I want to say thank you to my consultant George for always being friendly, patient and energetic. I really appreciate that he concerns my experience and feeling after working at different schools^^

I've been working for vibe for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. They have provided me with amazing schools and currently the school I'm working in which I love and its thanks to them . It feels like a friendship working for them as they are genuinely understanding caring people. I particularly work for the orange team who are always so helpful and communicate well and try their best to make sure I'm happy in my schools. They also organise amazing events that are always free and provide food and drinks which is a great bonus and nice way to meet new people. No matter where you are in London theres a school they'll provide you with on day to day supply!

Vibe make you feel so comfortable and ready to work, acknowledging the fact that we're all human and to me that's a huge part of working. They are such a nice, friendly bunch who just want to see the best for their staff and the kids. 100 stars!

Vibe have been incredible in helping me through every step of my journey into teaching in London. Everything was sorted for me back in Aus by Kate and Sophie, so that when I came here I could step straight in the classroom. I’ve worked with a range of teams, each team member being just as helpful as the one before them. The communication with the teachers they send out is extremely valued. Wouldn’t consider any other agency!

This is a great agency. I have always been able to have plenty of work opportunities all of which were always in successful schools. I would highly recommend Vibe as an agency to any supply teachers out there. A helpful and friendly team to deal with, especially James! A great experience overall.

I have worked for a few agencies and Vibe outshines the others by far!!! Upbeat, straight forward and no hassles. They seem to be genuinely interested in just being human and they know their schools well! I especially would like to thank my agent, Kieran... Ah you are fab! Thank you for being able to be so flexible, supportive and for contacting me weekly. It is amazing to be able to just simply let you know the days I am and am not available for daily supply, on a week by week basis. You don’t penalise me for my irregular availability. It really helps my circumstances. I can’t tell you what a big weight off my shoulders that is. I am super grateful! Thank you.

I was coming back to teaching after a long time away and Vibe could not have been more helpful with finding me placements to help me back in gradually. A very friendly and supportive bunch of people. They listen to you, they do what they say they're going to do and they're always cheerful.

Alex at Vibe produced the goods. He undertook the task set with care, professionalism and always kept his promise. He rang when he said he would and found a tutor each time for my son. I am very impressed with Vibe and Alex in particular and would be very happy to recommend them.

A fantastic and friendly agency, particularly for teachers newly arrived in London and those getting back into work after a break. They really hold your hand, sending suggested routes to schools, accommodating requests for year levels etc, and have regular shin digs so you can network/make new Aussie mates. My particular agent is Nick, and he’s been immensely helpful, and very approachable if you need to discuss issues.

Vibe has been incredible! From the moment i arrived in London as a small town lad, i was quickly made to feel at home and welcomed into their community. Their inspiring and fun environment empowered me to take on any classroom with confidence. It wasn't just the teaching that made Vibe who they are, they are also great people who really care about you and what they do, from this have formed some great friendships with the team and other Teachers in a similar situation as me.
