About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I’m a uni student, working for vibe as a part-time job and it’s been a good experience so far. The team is very much involved in making sure I’m happy with the schools I get matched with and there is always a job available. This job is great for gaining valuable experience as well as meeting different groups of wonderful kids.

My experience in working for Vibe and many colleagues I have met over the years have all had great relationships with them. Having over the years been with very agencies when not working, I have found Vibe to be professional, flexible, considerate and always on hand if you need to ask or have an issue. I have been to their drinks, working and not working for them. They are great fun and it’s an opportunity to meet other people working for Vibe. Big shout to my contact at vibe “IAN” who has been very approachable, on his game and professional. Always contactable and checking how things are going. I would definitely recommend working for Vibe!

Vibe have been awesome in transitioning into teaching in England! The team is friendly, flexible, and very understanding. Since joining, I have been working with the Black Team who have always been an easy point of call and very supportive in a range of situations. They have made everything easy from the outset of the application process. They have certainly made my transition to London easier, both professionally and socially too!

Had an awesome experience with Vibe. After being with a few different agencies, Vibe is definitely the best! The staff are amazing and they have such a range of schools! Not to mention all the extra curricular activities they arrange for the teachers! Would definitely recommend for any teacher!

From the moment I considered moving overseas to teach, I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Vibe. From communicating and meeting up with Kate back in Sydney, I was able to have all the paperwork sorted, allowing me to teach as soon as I landed in London. They work hard to support you in setting up your new life and provide plenty of social events, games and competitions throughout the year. I have always had plenty of work and have loved the opportunity to visit and learn from a variety of schools all over London. A big shout out to the Purple team - Andrew, Lizzie and Alex too for all the time and care they take to make sure their teachers are happy and always feel supported. They have been a great source of knowledge for any questions I have had, regularly calling just to catch up, debrief and have a bit of banter. Definitely would recommend to a mate!

I love Vibe! They are such a warm welcoming group of people and really found me what I was looking for. I've been working for vibe for three years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. They have provided me with amazing schools and currently the school I'm working in which I love and its thanks to them. They also organise amazing events that are always free and provide food and drinks which is a great bonus and nice way to meet new people.I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to find a teaching job in London..

Vibe have been amazing with my transition from teaching in Aus to London. Organising paperwork with Kate before moving was a breeze and I could jump straight into the classroom when I arrived. I’ve loved working for the blue team - shout out to Matt and Ryan for always being super friendly, insightful and above all else, professional. The social events are always fun and the perfect way to meet like minded teachers. Vibes vision and passion for teaching shines through in everything they do- I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Vibe teaching agency have been great to work for while living in London. Whether it be supply or contract work they’ll message or ring to see how your day was or if you have any questions they respond promptly and always make sure everything is going well. Couldn’t recommend highly enough then working for this agency if your a teacher or teachers assistant they’ll make your stay in the UK 100% better and more enjoyable.

I don’t think it can get much better than VIBE! From the first day I signed up Freya from green team has been so supportive, helpful, understanding and organised!! Freya is always just a phone call away and is super approachable and friendly and always goes out of her way to check in to make sure everything is going ok! I have worked for other agencies prior to VIBE and there is no comparison, I have had consistent work in amazing schools, everyone on the team is amazing and the social events are always a lot of fun!

I joined Vibe in March and would highly recommend them. Vibe is a great company with a great sense of community. They have assisted me throughout the whole process of finding work in the UK. It is great to work for people who can relate to you and understand the difficulites of teaching in the UK. They really do give their best and I cannot recommend the services of their team more!
