About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Vibe is an excellent teaching agency in London and certainly one I would strongly recommend. They are professional and efficient and always aim to match me with schools in my local area and provide detailed travel instructions which are really helpful. Vibe also takes the time to get to know you and sources schools that are best suited. You can be assured of a friendly service and often a text to ask about your teaching day. I have worked for Vibe for about 3 months and I am happy with the flexibility this agency has been able to provide me on the day to day supplyI scheme. I have not yet gone a day without work when I have wanted it. I am usually in contact with Ben and Jarrod who are both very professional, helpful, supportive and honest people.

Vibe is fantastic to work for! Everyone is so friendly and they genuinely want what’s best for their employees. The best thing about vibe is they are all teachers so offer you advice and tell you how it is. They are more than just the company you work for. They go out of their way to help you with anything London has to throw at you. If you are moving to London vibe is the best place to get you settled and on your way!

100% would recommend Vibe if you are thinking of heading over to London to teach or become a TA. From the moment I’ve arrived in London they have been very supportive in anything that was needed. They listen to your needs for work and make sure that you get work at great schools as close to home as possible. Everyone in the office are teachers who’ve taught in London so they can pass on a good knowledge of schools in all areas of London, which is very helpful when moving to a foreign country. I moved over to Black team after 3 months in Purple, and Ben and Jarrod were able to find me my dream job within 2 weeks. The social side of Vibe is great too as they put on regular events. Perfect if you’ve just moved over as I had. Couldn’t recommend Vibe enough!

Vibe have been great from the get go! The team are so lovely and bubbly and they just make you feel welcome! The communication from staff is awesome. My team leaders were Phil and El and I cannot say enough about them!! They are so supportive, they look after you and are the kindest people!! Thank you guys so much I’m going to miss yous!

Vibe is an amazing agency. One of the biggest agencies in London, they've got lots of works for supply teachers like myself. I am a person that really enjoys traveling, so I always try to squeeze in a three-months holiday to some foreign country at some point during the school year, knowing that, once I am back in London, they will put me to work right away... so I don't have to worry about saving a lot of extra money. They work with a lot of SEN schools, which are truly lovely, but they also work with several mainstream schools. As I said, they are a huge agency so as long as you do your job properly and the schools are happy with you, you will never be lacking work. Francesca, my consultant in the yellow team, is truly an angel. She always listens to my preferences and makes me feel a valued member of team. I'm so thankful for everything she's done for me and I hope to be working with her for many years to come. Thank you for everything!
