About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Vibe have been absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been fantastic at getting me out to schools and age ranges that work for me, and their communication and support throughout has been excellent. Working for Vibe was a fantastic experience. The schools were always great, and I always had work whenever I needed it. The team - Pink team and all the others - were beyond friendly and always so helpful and upbeat, making you feel valued as part of the team even as an agency member. Having had a break from teaching, I was a bit nervous about starting supply teaching. Everyone at Vibe made me feel so welcome and were very supportive. They were able to give me useful information about the schools so that I felt prepared going in.

If I could use only 4 words to describe VIBE, I would use PROFESSIONAL, FLEXIBLE, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY. I highly recommend VIBE if you want to gain teaching experience, and maybe then secure a full-time job in a school, or if you want to have a flexible job for a while like me. I worked with the Peach Team, and most of the time I spoke with Ian, who is a wonderful guy. They always made sure that I have work every day, and they would be extremely flexible and understanding whenever I couldn’t go. They also cared about my opinion and wellbeing: they called me every afternoon to ask how everything went with the school and if I wanted to go there again or not. I really appreciated this, too. Thank you, Ian and the rest of the team to look after me and allow me to gain teaching experience while I was still working on my own business and getting ready for uni!

Been with Vibe for about 18 months. They have been consistently great at placing me and have supported me through the job. They have been sensitive and flexible to my other commitments and have tried to place me taking into account my additional skills. I’ve had work every day I have wanted and their rates of pay seem above average for agencies. Their relationship with all the schools is really great and this seems to carry over into the day to day experience in the school. Really happy and would definitely recommend.

These guys are Stella! I couldn’t have asked for a better agency. They have supported me through every step of making he big move to London. They have made the process so easy. I've worked for Vibe for almost two years (supply and short term contracts). They were by far the best agency I signed up to in terms of amount of work, rate of pay and communication. Throughout my time as a supply teacher I worked almost every day I was available. Beth was my consultant for the majority of my time working for Vibe. She was incredibly professional, friendly and listened to my work preferences. Everyone at Vibe has been very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend Vibe to anyone looking to work in the education sector in the UK.

Vibe is an excellent teaching agency in London and certainly one I would strongly recommend. They are professional and efficient and always aim to match me with schools in my local area and provide detailed travel instructions which are really helpful. I have worked for Vibe for about 3 months and I am happy with the flexibility this agency has been able to provide me on the day to day supplyI scheme.
