About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I moved over to London from Australia in January. Vibe were very helpful in registering me quickly which helped me to find a flat in London with a letter of work (proving I had an income), which is very useful as it can be difficult to find a flat. They have been supportive in terms of offering me full time teaching positions as well as supply teaching positions. I had a full time teaching position through Vibe, which I enjoyed. As i'm wanting to do supply teaching currently, they've been supportive in offering me teaching blocks close to home in schools that i've enjoyed. Ian from the Peach team has been great to work with! As well as Jarrod from the Black team. There's lots of social events too, which is where i've met some of my closest friends that I go travelling with as well as hang out with on the weekends. Would definitely recommend signing up with Vibe if you're after a teaching agency.

Had a great experience with Vibe so far! Love how friendly everyone there is, how socially orientated the company is, yet how well they do their job. Everyone I’ve come in to contact with have been warm and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough

Vibe have always been able to find me work when I needed it, in a wide variety of schools, doing daily and longer-term cover. It has been a really valuable and positive experience for me. They offer a really personable service and are always friendly over the phone.

VIBE is incomparable to all other teaching agencies in London. The team are all trained educators and often have days teaching in the schools themselves. Being able to go into the office and interact with the consultants is a big plus too! There are many social opportunities all year. Sophie P from the red team has been amazing getting me set up and ready to teach! Can't recommend them enough!

In the two years I've had here in London, VIBE has been an amazing agency that will always look after you and be at your service whenever you need! If you want to have a lot of fun with co workers and help the youth succeed then this is the right agency for you ! Vibe is always caring about you and checking up to make sure you're okay, the communication is great ! Couldn't praise James and the blue team enough for everything they have done and how much they have helped me out, its so nice having such an amazing boss!! Their parties with FREE FOOD AND DRINKS makes it a very fun and rewarding agency(:

Fantastic place. Very friendly people who are eager to find you work. They provide great service and a very warm environment. Vibe is an excellent company to work for! Brand new to London, I appreciated their warm and welcoming staff - who always have a hot tip for whatever neighbourhood you’re staying in. They also throw socials every fortnight which is a great way to meet new friends! Work is consistent and the schools they paid up with are fab! So happy with my vibe experience!!
