Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

Really good agency who do their best to look after you, been with Just Teachers off and on for a couple of years, back with them now, never had a problem! If you need anything there is always someone around you can contact-would highly reccomend!

Been with Just Teachers for over a year they are always friendly and considerate to my needs. They have found me plenty of work. Always at the end of the phone if I have needed to check anything. Very good at phoning me to check on my well being. Pay is always on time. Gemma and Hannah are chatty, friendly and make you feel at easy and have been very efficient when booking my work.

Excellent agency with staff that really understand my position and needs. I've worked with them for nearly seven years and haven't felt the need to sign up with any other agency. Staff at the Skipton office have always been so friendly, professional and efficient, they really get to know me and my family. My only quibble is pay rates have been flat for many years but there is now a little flexibility.

My experience of Just Teachers has been nothing but positive. Everyone I have spoken to on the team has been friendly, helpful, supportive and understanding. I have been working for Just Teachers for four years now and am very happy with the agency. I am satisfied with the amount of work I am offered and that as someone who prefers part-time and have never felt under pressure to do more days. Fantastic agency. They are very helpful and supportive. They take the time to listen to your concerns and needs and do a great job of matching your needs to the schools in the area. Adam Jackson has been very supportive and checks in regularly to make sure I am doing well, and that the placement is working well for me.

I am so glad I signed up with JT back in 2016. This is a brilliant agency to be part of. After 5 years of back to back long term placements, I have recently had to take a break from such commitments for personal reasons. Through this process I have discovered the wonderful ethos of JT and what a super supportive team we have behind the scenes. As well as efficiency, helpfulness and professionalism, the whole team (Louise, Rebecca, Gemma and Julia in particular) have been very understanding and supportive in spite of my current irregular availability. They have constantly endeavoured to find me placements that fit around my outside commitments. JT really do make you feel a valued member of the overall team and I have never been made to feel bad if I am unable to work. So grateful. Thank you team. To curtail what could be reams of positive feedback, suffice it to say that I highly recommend Just Teachers to anyone wishing to work in a thoroughly positive environment within education. From the very first day I felt valued, respected and cared about. Every time I call or they call me they all know who I am, what I’m calling about and how to best sort the issue, or get me work. They always have a job for you and always get the best they can for you. So glad I transitioned to supply through Just Teachers. They honestly made it so easy for me! Thank you to Rebecca, Amy, Julia, Gemma, Louise and Becca, you’re all fantastic!
