Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I registered with JustTeachers last summer and I’ve worked every day so far, I think. Ben has checked in with me each week, and the day that ‘my school’ had an inset day, I was offered a general cover day at a school local to me. I do feel that the agency is looking after me and keeping me in work. The work with my current school is ending soon, so hopefully I’ll be able to work through the agency at a different school after then.

It is professionally sound and ethically strong Agency. I have joined them in mid September and they have placed me in three different schools. They have strong consistent team. They continuously check on your wellbeing. They do keep your needs into consideration when booking you into schools. Hope they maintain this consistency.

An absolutely fantastic service. Very helpful, especially as never done supply before. Everyone gets back to me very quickly in regards to employment, emails and phone messages. Just Teachers was the first agency I joined after my PGCE and I didn’t need to join any others. They found me work very quickly and exactly what I needed. Gemma and Julia have been amazing in supporting me when I wasn’t too well and made sure I was looking after myself and well enough before going back to work. Any issues, big or small, they both have been super helpful with whatever it may be. Thank you so much to everyone at Just Teachers, through Just Teachers I managed to secure my first job!! I made the decision to leave full-time teaching post last year which was incredibly daunting. However, my experience of being a supply teacher and working with Just Teachers has been one I'll never forget, as it enabled me to finally find a work-life balance. From the registration process through to daily / weekly communication, Just Teachers have been so helpful, professional and really listened to the sorts of job roles I was looking for. Just Teachers provided me with daily, short term and longer term placements both as a TA and Teacher in a lovely variety of schools from mainstream through to private and special schools. This reignited my love for teaching, without the day-to-day stresses of a permanent position. In addition to this, I had the privilege to work with a diverse range of fantastic professionals and children alike, learning and developing new skills along the way. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Just Teachers for making me feel so welcome. A big thank you must go out to Kim and Gemma who have been my main points of contact throughout the year. Thank you for helping me through a transitional period of my life and for making the process a wonderful experience for me. I'm very grateful and would highly recommend anyone to Just Teachers in the future.

Just teachers have been an amazing agency and the only agency I would Recommend they have been great since day one and have really helped me and met my needs effectively. The staff have been very friendly and we’re able able to find me working that fit my needs I know I can rely on them if I ever need help they have helped loads and I can always call them if needed. A very big thank you to Billy who has been a great help to me from the beginning and has helped me with everything and sorted all my work out schools and the correct wages. A big thank you to Rachel who helped me from the beginning and started me off thank you to just teachers for being supportive.

Absolutely amazing agency. Fantastic, helpful i thoughtful and very supportive team. They really care about their teachers. Polite and professional all the time. Make you feel like a member of the team. I’m very grateful for all the support and bookings. Not even thinking of finding a permanent job as working with JT is a great pleasure. When you work for them, the school treat you with respect as they managed to secure a very strong position on the market. Well done! Thank you Just Teachers!

Having worked for a few different supply agencies over the years, Just Teachers are by far the best I have come across. Many reasons... Rate of pay is competitive, someone is dedicated to asking for your availability for the following week in advance (no last minute phone calls which make you panic!), work is offered to fit around your other life commitments (staff don't make you feel bad if you are unable to work), emails are answered promptly and phone messages returned quickly. Just Teachers have the personal touch, which I love!

From the moment go I’ve had an epic working relation with just teachers and specifically with Georgie, she’s always met my needs and the needs of her company and a credit to her employer and the people she liaises with. Georgie always kept me busy with work catering for my requirements. And I’d highly recommend just teachers and Georgie to work with.

I have been with JustTeachers since arriving from South Africa in April. Everyone in the team has been extremely helpful, assisting me with the enormous changes that come with such a move. I have had work everyday I have requested work and have had a pleasant experience at all the schools. I highly recommend them for supply work.
