Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I had the pleasure of working with this teaching agency as a supply teacher and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and they made the process of finding work and getting placed at schools very smooth and easy. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of support and professionalism I received from the agency. They were always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to succeed in my assignments. The schools I was placed at through this agency were all well-organized and welcoming, and I felt like I was able to make a positive impact on the students' learning experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this teaching agency to any educators looking for flexible work opportunities. They truly care about their teachers and go the extra mile to ensure their success.

Just Teachers are thorough and precise with many ways to contact them and keep in touch for last minute changes via text, voice message and email. Whenever I query via text message the response is very quick. If I telephone to speak to my dedicated agent, there is always somebody else who can deal with my query. In terms of offering the right work- Just Teachers listen to my requirements and my needs are logged so that I do not constantly receive work suggestions that are not suitable. I am usually posted within my subject area.

I qualified as a TA level 2 last year and have been working for Just Teacher's ever since. I find my colleagues at Just Teachers, both friendly and professional, they are always there for support if needed. From the very first meeting I have felt very comfortable and supported by the agency. All the staff at the agency have been polite and professional. In particular my consultant Holly Priestly who has been amazing throughout. We have formed a great positive relationship and I in particular value her honesty. Work offered fits around my particular childcare needs and has always been plentiful.

I am really impressed by this agency. They have been efficient and had good lines of communication from the start. Everything has been easy. I have felt supported throughout the application and placement process. Everyone I speak to is encouraging and supportive, especially my specific agent Aleatta. The placements I get offered are plentiful and in lovely institutions. I have had no problems with any of the staff or students in the places I have been sent to work and have enjoyed all of the placements so far. I have gotten to work in many places that I would consider as long term options. there are shorter and longer term lines of work, which I also like. The pay is fair and they regularly check your wellbeing and thank you for your work. I feel they have my best interests at heart. I can't recommend this agency enough.

I have worked for the Lincolnshire branch for almost 3 years and would never consider working for any other agency. All of the staff are amazing and I feel very much appreciated. Even though I am now in my second year at the same school, I still receive regular phone calls to the that I am OK. I even received a call last week to say have a great half term. The biggest surprise was on World Teachers Day when a beautiful arrangement of flowers were delivered to work to thank me for my hard work. I recently persuaded a friend to join the agency and she is thrilled that she did. An outstanding agency to work for!

Adam has worked hard to find me long term placements in my favourite school and has understood my need for flexible working around life on our farm. I like the fact that they check in with me regularly to see how things are going.

Just Teachers Recruitment Agency for Education has to be the first and only choice for anyone looking for work in the aforementioned field. From the very first phone call to register and to date, all the staff I have communicated with have been exemplary. I have worked with several teaching agencies and Just Teachers is by far the best. The thing that stands out for me is definitely the feeling that the team are genuinely concerned with my welfare and obtaining placements that play to my strengths. Regular contact and feedback is also maintained throughout contracts which adds to the sense of support you get.
