Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I have been with Just Teachers for just over a year now and they have always found me work that I enjoy. Communication is very good and they listen to your requirements. I haven't ever felt the need to join another agency.

I've had a really good experience of this agency. Clear, quick, and unabiguous commuication, and competitive rates of pay. I applied for a specific role at a school through Justteachers, was interviewed within days and started the full time post within a couple of weeks. They were exceptionally efficient at getting my DBS sorted quickly enough for an almost immediate start after registration, and kept me in the loop at every stage of the process. There has been someone available to answer my calls and queries every time I've called up, and I'm always dealt with in an extremely professional and friendly way. Highly recommend!

I joined the agency in the Autumn term 2022. The application process was both thorough and supportive. The amount of work available has been plentiful, yet there is never any pressure to accept, the agency works respectfully with the teacher to meet and manage their current needs. The rate of pay has been excellent and the agency acted as a broker to ensure that pay reflected experience, expertise and expectations. In my experience the quality of schools I have had the opportunity to work in have all been professional with many hardworking and dedicated staff. I have found the staff at JustTeachers to be extremely amicable and encouraging, regular check-in from base on their satellite staff is valuable as it demonstrates that you are a significant member of the team as well as giving an opportunity to discuss immediate needs as well as future employment. JustTeachers have always been very clear and honest and work with members to ensure the best outcomes for the teacher, the school and most importantly the pupils. Overall, this has proven an excellent agency to work and work for. Thank you all your help and guiding me back into the classroom.

Justteachers is the best teaching agency I have worked for, bar none. They offer a friendly yet always professional service and their network of schools value supply staff. The whole team at the agency are helpful and always willing to deal with queries and solve them as best as they can. The team at JT, particularly my consultant Amy Barry (who is an absolute superstar), is more proactive than those at other rival agencies and really sell you to schools. They also tailor work opportunities to whatever a candidate is looking for rather than pressurising you into doing something else. Even when you are settled in a regular post, their consultants check in regularly with messages and/or phone calls. I cannot recommend Justteachers highly enough.

Justteachers are the best agency I have worked for bar none. The whole team offer a friendly, highly professional service, and the offers of work reflect and are tailored to your preferences. When you query something. the response is always quick and they are happy to help resolve other issues e.g. payslips wherever they can. I have been impressed by the proactivity of the team, particularly my consultant Amy Barry who is an absolute superstar. Honest and open communication is a further strength of JT. They also check in regularly, unlike many other agencies, making sure you never feel like just another faceless cog in the machine. Cannot recommend the team highly enough.

Just Teachers has been a great agency to work for. The team is always friendly and professional and the placements are personalised to you. My consultant, Molly has been particularly supportive, checks in regularly with me to see how things are going on my long-term placement and communicates my needs to the school.
