Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I have as much work as I want. The rate of pay is very good. The quality of schools and nurseries is exceptional. KR is always personable and honest and the overall level of service is 10/10!!

I joined Just Teachers just before summer ready for September placements. Megan found a placement for me doing 1:1 with a pupil with Autism in Reception. I had only been at the placement for a week when they offered me a long term position in the school. Megan has been really helpful and explained everything throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to others. Side note: There have been a few other supply staff at the school and they have said positive things about Just Teachers also.

I have loved working with JustTeachers for the whole 16 months. Iv been on a long term placement for almost the entire duration of my time with them and they keep in touch regularly. Megan especially has rang for a catch up and a chat and has shown so much understanding for my own personal life and as well as my work life. I wouldn’t be in the position at school without them and I cannot thank them enough for giving me this opportunity in the first place. Thank you Megan and everyone at JustTeachers

I have worked for Just Teachers for 3 years now and have always found them to be very friendly and helpful. They listen to what I say about the type of school and work I wish to do, and their placements are in some of the nicest countryside. They always check in when starting at a new school which is lovely. Would definitely recommend them.

Just Teachers is an amazing agency to work for. They listen to your preferences and needs and try to find something that suits you. Megan has supported me from my very first day with Just Teachers and she has been amazing supporting me through my journey. I have been placed in some excellent schools and am now in a long term role in a school I absolutely love. They keep in touch regularly even when you are in a long term placement. Having worked continuously now for Just Teachers since 10 January 2023, I am able to provide a review of my employment with them. During this time, we have established an effective working relationship. The staff have shown a genuine interest in finding the best employment to suit my skills and experience, enabling me to acquire greater experience and skills to increase my employability as well as my professional growth. Their administrative systems are organised and efficient, all staff are kept up-to-date on their employees, providing continuity, enabling them to quickly resolve any issues swiftly and competently. I am particularly grateful for their courteous communication, actively maintaining and creating a pleasant working environment and I am enthusiastic and excited about any future employment they are able to provide me with. I especially would like to thank Hannah and Tia for their friendly help and support. In conclusion, Just Teachers are a professional organisation, one in which I am proud to be part of.

I have worked with Just Teachers since December 2019. From the first day the support I received was outstanding. I worked in a number of schools and for the last two years I have had a long term placement at a local secondary school. Every couple of weeks I continued to receive phone calls of a very caring nature. The agency wanted to ensure that I continued to be happy within my placement. This long term placement has led to a permanent job from September so my time at Just Teachers has come to an end. I will miss their amazing support and if I ever want to go back to being a supply teacher I will definitely return to them. Thank you Just Teachers for almost four amazing years.

Just teachers is a caring supportive friendly agency that i would recommend to anyone. The communication you get just to check if everything's okay and how you are if the school is a good fit is like no other agency i have seen. I speak to Demi and she is always there for a chat a helping hand so understanding and always finds me a school that suits me and what i want to gain from teaching in SEN schools. They really care about the staff as well as the schools which just makes it such a nice place to work for

I had a slightly rocky start with Just Teachers, as I was placed in a few schools the opposite to what I’d asked for, however they then listened and I’ve had some wonderful placements in a number of lovely primary schools since. Would have liked a bit more EYFS and SEND teaching, plus some holiday work in nursery’s moving forward. I’ve also asked for long term work, but had no leads from this agency despite my 20 years of experience. I would also like to be paid a bit more inline with other agencies. £120 is the lower end for teaching and some schools won’t pay beyond a HLTA wage £100, which is undermining the teaching profession, due to deals made with schools/trusts to keep costs down. Unfortunately I have had to join other agencies too to make ends meet as everything is so expensive and supply teaching is not inline with this. The staff are really friendly on the phone and personable, but I’ve experienced admin errors which have caused confusion and cost me work, even one time not been booked for the correct day.
