Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

Gemma from the Lincs branch has been amazing! I had little experience working with children before joining the agency. Gemma found me immediate work as a one to one. She has been incredibly supportive, friendly and professional. Gemma was only ever an email or a phone call away, and made it clear she was always there for a chat or to vent if needed. The on call team are also very approachable and understanding of needing to take time off. After only 3 months with them, I gained the confidence to apply for a TA role at my local primary school. I was offered the job. This wouldn’t have been possible without Gemma’s and Justteachers support. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just teachers is a brilliant agency to work for. The staff are friendly, supportive and they do their best to find you work to suit your personal choice. Since working with them, I have been lucky and have had some long term roles, with good experiences in some lovely schools. A big thank you to Kyle, Gemma and Georgie who look after me. I would highly recommend this agency.

Fantastic agency to work for, all the Coventry staff are amazing and supportive. Always happy to help, nothing is ever and problem. There is always plenty of work to go around and more if they could split you in two!

I joined Just Teachers 3 years back, staff are very friendly and helpful. I told them what I love to work and where. Recently I started working in warwick nearby area and they found a very good work for me which I really enjoyed.If l have any problems or issues I just call them and they make it solved. A very big thank you to Kim, Becky and all who really helped me for getting good work. I highly recommend joining Just Teachers as they do an amazing job in finding people work. I have worked with Just Teachers previously and found them to be very good. Having been made redundant I came back to them and am so pleased that I did. I joined them in January and they were very quick in finding me a position in school and when that had finished another position was ready for me to move into after half term, I have not been without work since I joined. The whole team are very professional, supportive and friendly especially Katie, Becky and Jake who Iook after me. I cannot fault the team at Coventry all of them are brilliant and I’m so glad that I am able to work with them. I highly recommend them as an agency. Thank you to you all.

I have worked with Just Teachers for over 2 years now and they have been fantastic. I have a part time teaching permanent role and then do supply days on the days I am not working and Just Teachers have been great in in finding me the extra days if and when I need it. Just Teachers are an excellent agency and I have been able to teach in a variety of different schools to suit my schedule and other commitments. Dawn and Geraldine are fantastic at the north Manchester branch.

I have worked with Just Teachers for a while now. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and helped rebuild my confidence. They have been very supportive whilst I have had to cope with hard times. I have enough work to suit my needs, sometimes more but always in lovely schools and support on the end of the phone. Most work is pre-booked which suits me best as I like to look at the schools websites and familiarize myself with the journey. Thanks Gemma, Kim, Georgie and everyone else for your support. I would recommend Just Teachers 100%.

I have been with Just Teachers for a year now working in Early Years/KS1 in Coventry/Warwickshire area. What a welcome relief this agency is! They have really helped me to rebuild my confidence in supply traching. A very big thank you to Gemma, Kyle and Georgie. All staff are very well organised and always cheerful, I'm always paid correctly and on time and there is no pressure to work the days that I do not want to. They have found me some regular days in some lovely schools.

A slightly scary move to supply after having worked in the same school for almost 30 years! Just Teachers were (and still are) amazing, from my initial interview to now - four years later. I have only signed up with one agency and have worked regularly throughout this time (Covid aside) and Just Teachers have always found work to fit in with my requirements. There is always someone at the end of the phone to help and deal with any questions. Thanks Gemma, Kyle, Kim, Georgie and everyone else. I would recommend Just Teachers 100% as the 'go to' supply agency.

I joined Just Teachers last year, staff are very friendly and helpful. I told them what l was looking for ( hours + the areas l wanted to work in) they were able to find me work very quickly. If l have any problems or issues l know l can call them any time and they have re-solved them on a very professional level. I've worked with just teachers for 5years in and out of other school jobs. They always try hard to accommodate my needs and have a good idea of my strenghts and skills.Kim works hard to find my ideal role and keeps me informed of my duties , at the moment I'm travelling to Warwick daily so Kim made sure my pay was adequate .I know they are reliable when I need work and can turn to them for supply which is always available. It's a good agency and becomes a family as everyone on the team works together to get results.

I have been working for Just Teachers for 6 months now. Initially I was anxious that I would get enough work going into supply teaching, but I needn’t have worried as I have had work every day. 90% of my work has been booked in advance and not on the morning which has been nice to have time to prepare for the journey/ read up on the school etc. The agency staff are all friendly and professional. There are options for longer term placements if wanted. I would recommend this agency.
