Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I have worked for Just Teachers since 2018 and they are an excellent agency. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, helpful and supportive. There has never been a shortage of work and they are frequently in contact checking how a placement is going if it is longer term. Highly recommended.

I have chosen to do supply teaching in 2019, so since then have dealt with many different supply agencies. I can confidently say that my experiences were good bad or indifferent. James and I started working together in 2022 and straight away our working relationship went from strength to strength. I do feel it’s important that an agent gets a balance between a school’s and teacher’s needs right, and I felt that in every placement which James allocated me to, he achieved just that. He rings when he promises, payment is always on time and most importantly if a placement which could be a possible interest to me comes along, he always lets me know. Efficient, reliable service from him every time.

I would highly recommend Justteachers as a teaching supply agency. I began working for them in 2021 and I was supported and encouraged through every step of the process. Once I began working, I was always offered more than enough work for my requirements and yet when I turned down work that I couldn't do, I was never put under pressure or made to feel bad. The whole experience has been very positive and I certainly feel that full support is given to the supply teachers and I have always felt it to be very personal and caring. In my view, the balance of professionalism and friendly care make it an outstanding company and I would advise anyone considering supply teaching to give them a call!

Just Teachers is the only agency I have worked for and this is my 4th year of supply following a 28 year full time teaching career. (I don't understand why people feel the need to register with more than one agency). Just Teachers have always found me regular work and someone is available to respond to questions if there are any. Really pleased and happy with the service provided since I left a salaried position.

I can’t thank Just Teachers enough for finding me a Job role and schools which I really enjoy working in. The days and hours have fitted perfectly around my children and the flexibility that I have had, I have been very grateful for. Just Teachers are very well organised and the staff are very friendly and approachable, which has been great for me being a first timer in the temping world. I joined JT in November ‘22, I was slightly anxious at the prospect of being a supply teacher but I needn’t have worried. JT have been fantastic! I have had plenty of work and am really enjoying it. For anyone thinking about supply I would highly recommend JT. The recruitment process was straightforward and the interview was extremely supportive in ensuring I would be suited to the jobs offered. JT staff are always quick to respond to any questions or queries and keep in regular contact.

Just Teachers are, and always have been, a brilliant agency. I worked for them many times in the past and also now. The staff are efficient, thorough, reliable and friendly and have always behaved in a professional manner. Wages are always paid on time and the big thing fir me is that there is never any pressure to work - I can pick and choose where and when I go. Everyone is amazing at the Coventry office, but Gemma in particular is always a star. Thank you to all of you.

Just Teachers is by far the best out of the 3 agencies I have worked for. Not only are they friendly and personable they are also very supportive. I can always get hold of someone whenever I need to. They find me plenty of work and are always supportive of I cannot work for any reason. Friendly, honest, accessible, hard working and professional. What more could you ask for!
