Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to just teachers for being such a fantastic company with amazing supporting staff. They have advised, supported, encouraged, found work to suit me as well as have friendly catch up calls with my best interests at heart on a regular basis. Charlie has been fantastic. She has checked in with me repeatedly to make sure I was ok and managing working the hours I wanted to do, managing my workload and she showed full understanding for my well-being and personal circumstances. I have never felt so supported in all my years of working until I joined Just Teachers. I was encouraged to look after myself first and speak up if I was finding things too much as full support would be given which made me feel very comfortable and all the above helped to give me my confidence back. Throughout my time with Just Teachers I always felt valued and received personal touches such as thank you cards etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering this type of work Thank you so very much xxx

Just Teachers have always been friendly and approachable. They listen regarding preferences of distance and job type. They are great at keeping in touch during a longer term job too. I have happily recommended them to other teachers.

Excellent service and support from the Lincolnshire branch. Regularly in touch about work, and how things went. Feels like a big wrap-around family which was important for me when I was unable to work because of an accident, they were there for me personally and with sick pay too. Great work from them all!

I have been under this agency for over 7 years, I have found them very approachable and professional through out. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have took notice of my CV and my own personality and have found me some excellent work placements and a I have had one for over 3 years , others have been long term . On a personal side they have taken into account we all have family and some times we can not help when deaths n other family matters come into place out of now where. I can only say, during these time they have always put me first. UI have had nuerous opportunity to get contracts from schools, however I have turned them down, because this agency full fills all my needs and listen to anything I say an d do solve them.

I can clearly recommend this agency. I have been with them over 7 seven, and never been out of work. They are very approachable and clearly understand that people do have issues at times and ,from my experience they will ring and check up regular . IF a placement is not for you they will find you some where else. They always try and place you to your skills and distance from home. I do recommend this agency to my friends and stand by them . I have been offended contracts from school, but I refused as I truly believe in this agency Miss G

The consultants are very friendly. I am extremely impressed with Ben who keeps me updated weekly and is very efficient. I was with a different company before and the help was poor there. So glad I found Just teachers!
