Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I have felt really well looked after and cared for by the staff at just teachers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agency. Over the years I have been with a few different ones due to personal circumstances and just teachers are by far the best. Thank you to the Skipton team you are amazing !!!

Just Teacher's have been supportive and listen to where you want to go not only the schools, but your long term plan. Just Teacher's have been outstanding in their service delivery to us as supply teachers. You get a regular phone call checking in on how you are progressing and how you are feeling about the work/ school. I am super impressed as a new teacher to the UK and can recommend Just Teachers. without hesitation. Just Teacher's care about you.

A friend recommended Just Teachers to me while I was searching for T.A work. Just Teachers isn't the only teaching agency out there but I can say for a fact that they are the most thoughtful and considerate. Amy and all the team at Just Teachers are incredible. Everyone who picks up the phone is personable and keen to help. Amy has been fantastically patient and during a very tricky move, she always took the time to ask how I was. I have always been offered work at a great rate of pay as well as having queries responded to quickly and positively.

I have been working through Just Teachers in South Lincolnshire since 2017 and have nothing but praise for the whole team. My initial main contact, Louise, was efficient and supportive. After a number of long-term contracts in my specialist areas, I am currently doing general supply in order to have greater flexibility due to personal and family issues. Rebecca, in particular, has been just brilliant - extremely supportive, helpful and kind: ensuring that work fits round my circumstances rather than me feeling pressured into placements. I cannot say how much I value and appreciate that. I would whole-heartedly recommend JT. Thank you and Keep up the good work guys.

This is the best teaching agency! I talked to Martin in the Manchester team the most, who was so professional, friendly and flexible throughout. He always listened to my needs and was very considerate to my circumstances, which were tricky to accommodate (a parent working around children and my husbands changing shift patterns). All communication with Justteachers staff was excellent and they are all very welcoming. Highly recommend!

What can I say just teaching have really made a difference for me, I didn’t realise that you could get so much support with work, I worked in a primary school for 16 yrs and didn’t get has much support and kindness, you were just a number, but the people who work in the north west base are kind, supportive, compassionate people who really care and work extremely hard and closely with there clients. Thank you for all though who make working a easy effort

Professional team who go over and above to match you with your ideal placement. I was lucky enough to do a terms work in the same school but Leanne always checked in on me to ensure all was running smoothly and I was ok if I'm ever in the position where I need work again, this is the first phone call I would make! 5* service

Majority of the Recruitment Consultants have been friendly and supportive. zoe jones and oliver have been exceptional with listening and supporting me. for someone who hasn't had any experiance in schools its definitely been a journey. i started as a supply teacher and now am a TA. I have been supplying in a lot of special needs schools, which has definitely been an experiance i wish i had more training and understanding as its very different from mainstream. but so far JT west Yorkshire have been trying their best to accommodate my needs,

Can not recommend this agency enough they have been so supportive and this is my first agency I have ever used, Hannah,Julia and Andy are just a few of the team and nothing is to much to help you with, they care for you as a person and check in with you frequently and you can contact them when ever you need too.

Just Teachers provide an excellent service. There's plenty of work at good schools. I would definitely recommend them. I don't have experience of other agencies but other supply teachers I've met and asked have said that Just Teachers is the best agency that they have worked for.
