We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Bad and dishonest agency. At the beginning I had some work but after a day as a ta in a church school, they stopped working with me. They told me that the school complained about my english.I have a masters degree from UCL! Later I ragistered with another agency and found long term in a great school and this year I applied directly to a school, they called me for interview, passed litteracy and maths test and secured a permanent position. I just lost my time with Vibe!

If you want an agency that regularly communicates with you and does its best to be as flexible as it can with your own flexible needs, then look no further. Vibe has been the perfect lifeline for me since I left full-time teaching 2 summers ago. My name was put forward to many Teachng Agencies by an ex-colleague and Vibe were first to get in touch immediately. Since signing up with them and going through their fantastic induction, I've not looked back! Viber consultants are also rare in that they are all trained teachers that know their schools really well and still go out and teach when they can. Vibe as an agency also have a big heart and put on many social events which serve as a great social and professional network. And I, for one, never tire of the cheery phone calls or texts! Go Vibe!

I started living in London in March and was looking for primary classroom teacher work. I came across Vibe by searching for teaching agencies through ratemyteachingagency.com and they had one of the highest ratings. The first time I sent them an email they were both prompt and caring with their response. The first meeting with the Yellow Team at the Vibe Head Quarters was so relaxed and extremely informative. Everything from then until now has been extremely easy! The schools and children have been great. The communication between people in the office and myself has been very clear and open. If you're planning on working as a teacher or TA in London definitely give Vibe a go!

The Vibe team have been amazing in finding supply work for me, and helping me get into a great permanent role when I was ready. Everyone I have come into contact with at Vibe have been friendly and genuinely interested in how I have got on at the various schools. If I had a bad experience at a school, the Vibe team would be really supportive in finding a more suitable environment. I never felt any pressure to take on any role whatsoever, and I appreciate that the most. I would recommend Vibe 100% to anyone thinking of teaching in London. It's a big step, and makes a huge difference when you feel you have a support system.

Vibe Teaching made the transition to London so much easier. I was in touch with them before I left, they answered my many many questions and as soon as I arrived in London they got me set up with work almost immediately! The staff there are incredibly friendly, and they have a ton of social events which are a great way to meet new people. If you're a teacher heading to London I would definitely recommend them!

I've been with vibe for about 16 months now! I heard about them from an old teacher back in Australia. When I came over to London in February last year I went in to a meeting the day after I got here and I was working the next day! Starting with purple team was great thanks to Kelsey, she set me up with jobs and also helped with the London lifestyle! Vibe have provided me with both full time and supply work and have currently set me up with a great job a bit out of my comfort zone in a special needs school thanks to the SEN team! Thanks to Cam and Ellie on the SEN team they thought I'd be great in a special needs school so they asked to in for a trial and turns out I love teaching at this school and it's been one of the best decisions for my teaching! Vibe is a great teaching agency and I highly recommend it to all teachers and teaching assistants!

After arriving in London Feb 2016 I met with several agencies before heading into Vibe with the idea of signing up with a few and picking the best of the bunch from my experiences with them. That idea went out the window as soon as I walked into the Vibe office. I had met with other agencies and none of them had the same feel as Vibe, I immediately felt at home with the office crew and they were the most upfront, relatable, supportive, and honest agency that I had met with... I knew straight away that I needn't sign with anyone else! I have been with them for well over a year now and have had such a great experience with them. They have set agents for different areas of London so you're never sent too far from home, super competitive rates and great schools. I love that even after the "honeymoon phase" of starting with them, I still get several calls a week asking how my week has been, if there's any way that they can make my experience better, and them just taking a general interest in my life... they really do strive to make you feel like a valued part of the team and really push to "get it right" for you, so that you can have the best teaching experience while you're here. Since the office crew are all teachers and they frequent the schools they send you to themselves, they are able to provide valuable insight into what you can expect from a supply day there which is super helpful and offers some familiarity before you even reach the school. They have heaps of get togethers for their teachers and it's such a nice opportunity to get to know the people that are calling you every day from the office, as well as new teachers from around London that you can share experiences with. I have absolutely loved my experience with Vibe and I know that my time in London wouldn't have been the same with any other agency!

Vibe have been awesome for both myself and my girlfriend in getting us both out into awesome teaching jobs. Couldn't have been an easier transition. Would recommend them to any teacher/TA moving to London. Love the community and social aspect as well.

Vibe is the reason I've had such a wonderful time living in London. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive team to have guiding me in a setting that was so unfamiliar at the beginning. The team listens to what you, the teacher, need from your role within a school. Supply days? Sure! Full time? Sure! Part time with some flexible days in between? No problem! They truly work alongside you to create the experience you need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Vibe have been the best teaching agency I've worked for since being in London. They are all teachers so know exactly what we're going through every day. They also fight for us to get the best daily rate possible and keep in close contact about any updates or information. Not only do all of these things make Vibe amazing but they also throw the best parties!!

As soon as I registered and met the Vibe team, I knew it was the right teaching agency for me. Everyone you meet at Vibe is extremely friendly and helpful and they enjoy getting to know you as a person in order to find the best teaching role for you. The agency hosts many social events throughout the year which means there are plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other people in London and I’d highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to teach in London.

Vibe has made my transition from Aus to London a dream. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so organised and everyone is so friendly. Especially Will from the red team who regularly checks in and has continuously goes above and beyond to make sure everything is okay.

It's been five months since I started working with Vibe and they have been outstanding to work with. I've had the opportunity to work with a few different teams and all of the consultants have been exceptionally helpful - big shout out to the Purple Team who have been my main team to work with! All of the teams though have been fantastic. They are always wanting to make sure that I'm happy in my job and enjoying every experience I have in London. They're also quick to let me know when there's a social even coming up - a definite must if you're keen to meet some new like-minded people! As for the work... The schools I've been sent to are great! They're always a close distance to my home which has allowed me to get a real feel for the area I live in. You can tell that there is a really great relationship between the consultants and the schools as well, as there's never any surprises (like no work being left, or the school not knowing who you are!). Definitely get in touch if you're considering teaching in London!

I have been with different agencies before, but nothing compares to my experience at vibe! From the minute I joined they were amazing. I work with the Orange team and every member of the team has made me feel important. The schools I have been sent to have been great and when I have had a bad day they have not sent me back! I have been lucky enough to find a long term supply block with them and enjoyed that greatly! I would pick them for work any day of the week!

I heard about Vibe while I was back in Australia, planning my big move to London. I signed up with them and instantly they were a huge help. Not only were they always there to answer any questions I had about the work I would be doing, they were so helpful with all the little things too. It certainly made my move so much easier. I've been here for 3 weeks now and I'm so thankful I have a company like Vibe in my corner. They are always positive, helpful and super friendly. From the minute my paperwork came back they have made sure I am working as much as possible and are always there to answer any questions (and I ask a lot of questions). Would definitely recommend

Vibe has been great! They supported me when I first got here, helping me get my police and DBS checks and found me work right away. They are easy going and friendly, always going out of their way to help me out. I'm a secondary PE teacher and all the schools I've been sent to have been good experiences. Whilst on supply vibe has found me work almost every single day and now have found me an amazing full time position. I'd highly recommend them to anyone teaching in London!

Well, where to start. I've been part of the Vibe community for the good part of 3 years and it's been an absolute blast. From starting out with Paul in little old Cookham to moving into the big smoke I wouldn't have had it any other way. Vibe are amazing at what they do and it's no wonder they are regarded so highly in the teaching agency department. I started with Vibe and never wavered as I always knew I was with the best. Massive thank you to everyone I've been in contact with over the past 3 and a half years and London wouldn't be the same had I not joined those years ago. Big shout out to Willa Grant and Jacob Hart who have been my rock these past couple of years. Thanks for everything lads. Highly recommended!
