I have been working for Just Teachers over the last 5 years in between temporary contracts in school. I have always had a consist stream of work in my specialist area and each role has been discussed with me on an individual basis, which has enabled me to make an informed choice on the role available. I am a SEN Teacher and some schools can be challenging. However Just Teachers have been extremely supportive in their approach. Natalie Greenbank (West Yorkshire) and her team have always responded to my queries in a timely manner and are always at the end of the phone should I need support or a chat. I am taking a contract in the new year, but should my circumstances change this will be the first agency I ring.

When I found myself out of a job due to covid and working overseas I didn’t hesitate to contact Just Teachers again (I worked for them before I went on my overseas adventure). Can not recommend highly enough. First time round, they found me plant ornaments work, that suited me at varying schools. This time I was quickly found a long term job, and they fully supported me when I received a permanent position. Always at the other end of a phone if you need anything, even just a chat! Very friendly and helpful and will always be happy that I returned to work for them! Thank You!

Just teachers are a fab agency to work for, from first signing up and getting back into teaching they were supportive and friendly. I have had both day supply and long term roles with just teachers and would definately recommend this agency!

As an experienced full-time teacher, I decided to join Just Teachers to allow me the flexibility I needed. Six years later, I am still working with the agency and have never looked back! Just Teachers have given me the opportunity to work in a variety of wonderful schools and are always professional, supportive and friendly, often exceeding my expectations. This agency has always fulfilled my requirements and I love the work/life balance I am able to maintain. Moving to supply from a 28 year full time teaching role in the same school was a little scary! From my initial contact and interview to now - my third academic year of supply Just Teachers, Coventry have always been there with their friendly support. The phone call just to ask how it had gone on my first session of supply was so welcome! I joined with the aim of doing day to day supply and have always received regular work across a range of schools. There is always someone available to answer a question if needed. Many thanks to Gemma, Kyle and Georgie at Coventry. During the first lockdown there were many on line discussions about what various supply agencies weren't doing! Not the case here. Just Teachers arranged furlough and kept us informed of how and when payments were to be made. A difficult time for all was made a little easier by their organised system. Without hesitation, I would recommend Just Teachers if you are considering moving into supply.

I have been with Just Teachers since 2015 on and off but mostly on! They are my preferred agency because they consistently find me work. I also find the agency staff friendlier and more helpful than other agencies I have approached. I mainly liaise with Gemma, Kyle and Georgie from the Coventry branch and all 3 are warm, friendly and listen to any issues arising from work placements.

I found Justeachers to be very friendly and professional. Always take an interest in how you are doing and keep you informed pertinent to your role. Have worked for them for a year and during that time we have had the Covid pandemic. They kept us informed and ensured we were well looked after during a very difficult period. Would definitely recommend their services and thoroughly enjoyed my time working for the company.

I have been with the Coventry branch of JT since 2016 and can wholeheartedly recommend them. They have consistently found me plenty of work, both short and long term. Any problems or issues have been quickly and professionally resolved. All of the team are friendly and helpful and really make an effort to show they appreciate their staff.

I couldn’t be more grateful for this agency, out of 3 education agencies I have applied to since losing my job in Shanghai, Just Teachers are the only one who has genuinely helped and cared for me to further my career here in the UK. I joined Just Teachers after 30 years in Primary schools. I worked closely with Charlotte and Jill who led me through the process and calmed the many nerves that I had. My supply journey also coincided with the Corona virus epidemic so it has been odd to say the least. Still I have had some work, mainly at a school I was familiar with and I have now accepted a fixed term contract. I have no qualms about recommending Just Teachers as they were always professional but also personal and made me feel like a real person. They tried hard to get me work and kept in touch weekly (something I did not experience with another agency). I will definitely work with them again if I rejoin the supply army and would recommend them to anyone in a similar position.

Working with Just Teachers for the last three to four years has been a breeze. They have always been very accommodating, understanding and done their best to provide work for me. I have had a mixture of days, half days and termly work but many of 'jobs' have been long term. Recently my work has been at the same academy where I have been supported and successfully completed my NQT year. In my time with Just Teachers, I have worked with both Adam and Gemma who have been brilliant and always at the end of the phone to chat to. I fully recommended Just Teachers as a supply teaching agency to work for.

Natalie has been an excellent support throughout my time with Just Teachers. I joined JT straight after finishing my PGCE and have had the opportunity to experience lots of different settings and make informed choices about which specialism I want to pursue. I have found Just Teachers to be friendly, supportive, caring and highly efficient in what they do. These are qualities I value very highly in any organisation, especially one that is involved in the teaching profession. I registered with Just Teachers after completing my NQT because I wanted to find a flexible way of teaching that would fit in with my other commitments (children, a dog, several chickens and hamsters to name but a few). I also wanted a way of teaching that provided me with a good work life balance, which I think is so important. Just Teachers have offered me work on a regular basis, which has enabled me to achieve this balance and to really enjoy my first few months of teaching practice. It has also enabled me to put into practice the skills and knowledge that I gained during my NQT in a variety of settings, which has further improved my own competencies. The schools I have been placed in so far have been good and very welcoming. Cover work has been very clearly set out and practical instructions, such as location of classrooms and timings for the school day, have always been provided. At one school I attended I asked if answers could be provided to questions that had been set for the students and these were very helpfully made available. The school was very responsive in making my teaching more effective and ultimately better for the students. I would highly recommend Just Teachers to anyone wanting to teach via the supply route. I have been with Just Teachers for three years and my experience has been a very positive one. I have found each of my consultants, Dawn Cooper (Manchester), Leanne Wood and Charlotte Dodd (Yorkshire and Lancashire) professional, efficient, approachable, supportive, honest, friendly but above all caring. They work very hard behind the scenes to provide me with work. They keep me up to date with various developments and therefore I feel valued as a teacher. I would not hesitate to recommend Just Teachers to anyone.
