Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

Top agency ... Prestwich office staff were helpful, friendly, polite, and cheerful. Found me lots of varied work - a thoroughly professional Company to work for. After being recommended to Just Teachers by a dear colleague and friend, I was delighted to meet Charlotte and represent the agency in a number of schools in Lancashire. My experience with the Just Teachers agency has been splendid. I cannot thank Charlotte and Leanne from the Just Teacher's Yorkshire team enough for supporting me through a very difficult time in my teaching career, which made me feel like leaving the profession. They helped me regain my confidence, supported me by encouraging me not to give up and sent me to schools that have been absolutely wonderful to teach in. Their support and kindness helped relieve my stress, look after my mental health and become positive about teaching again. When I decided to do supply teaching, I signed up with three agencies. Ultimately, I stayed with Justteachers and left the other two. Justteachers found me more regular work, their systems and working processes were easier and less time consuming to follow - no time sheets to fill in, all done automatically - and they were very flexible with my availability. Over the years I have enjoyed friendly conversations over the phone, they've been so understanding and accommodating - its truly made working for them a pleasure and I can't rate them highly enough. I am sad to leave them, for health reasons, but wouldn't hesitate to go back if my personal circumstances allowed it.

I am very prelivaged to be working with this Ageny for 2 years. I can openly and honestly recommend them. They understand all safeguarding issues and ensure that if you require training they have sites that you can obtain it. They keep in regular touch with you , and ensure that you are placed in the correct placement. All their staff are professional n very understanding and polite . Have to end with Data Protection is top of their recommendations from myself.

Been with this agency for over 2 years. They are all very polite and professional throughout any contact , I have had with them. I have found them all very approachable and they have always replied to all my emails, calls or texts. Due to Covid19 ,they have and still do check on their supply staff, and try hard to ensure that work is available.

I have just started with Just Teachers after I came to the end of my contract. It was recommended by a colleague. I have found Gemma to be welcoming and supportive of my wishes. The schools I have been given work at have been lovely and I am really enjoying it. The staff are approachable and understanding and they communicate well and ask how you got on with your day . Fantastic team

I have worked for this agency for over 7 years now. But this year (2020) with our current situation - has been super testing! Just Teachers (Skipton) and my lovely consultant Jeanette Smith has gone above and beyond in a) helping me find a job that suits me and my expertise, b) suitability of time. I have received nothing but support. Also, Jeanette has been super lovely and super cool and no problem has been of an issue. Jeanette’s professional attitude and work ethic is highly commended. My experience with JT Coventry has been excellent. From day one they were very helpful, it was a relatively easy process considering the amount of paperwork behind as I have lived in different countries and had to sort out all the checks, etc. I had a good amount of work and they were understanding with my needs. Olivia has been great, very supportive and friendly, she has always supported me and I could contact her anytime. Thank you all!

A great agency with very friendly staff who are committed to finding teachers work that suits them. Highly efficient and friendly staff who have supported me throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and have found me a great role in a school on a temp to perm basis. Could not recommend enough!

I have nothing but praise for this agency. They have kept me in work be it day-to-day or longer-term roles, whichever suited my needs at any given time. All members of staff have always been polite, courteous, and helpful. My current consultant, Theresa Brown, is extremely approachable and friendly, and always trying hard in these difficult days to secure me a suitable position. Keep up the fantastic work guys.

I started working with Just Teachers after a friend had recommended them to me. From the first meeting I was put at ease as this was my first time supplying from finishing my teacher training. They have been nothing but supportive and found work for me that suited my experience and preferences. Claire has been fantastic and so lovely during the process, she has always replied to calls/emails and answered any of my questions, nothing has been too much trouble. A huge thank you to you all!
