Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

I’ve been with just teachers Prestwich branch for over two years and never been out of work. They are a brilliant agency who always look after their staff. Dawn Cooper has taken fabulous care of me, even throughout the pandemic with regular weekly checks by text along with phone calls. I would highly recommend this agency.

I recently came out of work from a local college, during that process JustTeachers were there and they went above and beyond in providing with support and guidance through what was a very difficult time. They had me in work straight away and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve built my confidence back up and I feel really valued, respected and supported by all the staff at JustTeachers in Skipton. The agent I have dealt with the most is Aleatta, she has been fantastic with the support and help she has offered. I could not have done any of this without her ongoing support, however, I could not be more grateful for everything that each and every member of JustTeachers (Skipton) has done for me, for that I will forever be so very thankful. If you are wanting regular work where you will be supprted, respected, valued and kept in the loop with applications and everything then do not look elsewhere as these guys do exactly that and more, they are the best agency around for sure. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is interested in a career in education.

I joined Just Teachers in March. My agent is Holly at the Skipton branch, she is brilliant! I love working for this agency, Holly found me a placement that was a perfect fit for me that was close to home on our first phone call. She answered the questions I had and got the details for the placement straight away. I am currently on placement until July and she has already got a placement ready for September. Holly always checks in with me by phoning to make sure I am happy on my placement, I couldn't recommend them enough. I have referred family and friends to join too :)

Didn't have any issues with Coventry branch. I always had work. It's hard sometimes to get a higher payment from them. But sometimes they're good at this.

Coventry office i deal with and find the staff helpful. I have had plenty of work and also listen to any concerns about placements i have had. I have never had any problems with payment like previous agency. Becky and all staff i have had contact with have always been polite and professional.

I have joined a couple of agencies and Just Teach win in these respects; Holly my contact always contacts me by phone rather than spamming me with offers and checks back frequently. My rate of pay is higher than for some jobs offered by the other agency, they don’t outsource pay to an umbrella organisation. They are organised, they don’t offer me work when I am already working for them! (On the 2 occasions I worked for the other agency they contacted me offering work for the next day despite being on a job for them already!)

The Manchester branch of Just Teachers have been amazing to work with. I’ve been with them for just under two years now, ever since I qualified during the pandemic. Despite everything going on they work to get me work and experience. I’ve mainly work with Geraldine who has been amazing and supportive, with contrast check in and quick to action if anything is wrong or I need anything. She worked hard to find just the right placement for me (my current one), not settling for less. Thank you so much!

After ‘retirement’ my preference was to stay involved in the classroom whilst retaining the freedom to pursue those adventures we dream about before actually leaving permanent employment . Justteachers allows me to do this perfectly. Charlotte, Prestwich branch, understands exactly what my situation is about in the work she offers me and the continual support given. I feel valued and look forward to the friendly emails and words of encouragement . This in turn makes me want to give of my best in the often challenging situations supply staff might find themselves - which is exactly why we are needed . Justteachers plays a vital role in keeping our education system flourishing . Charlotte is a top ambassador in recognising support is vital to make everyone feel part of a team and wider community.

Working with Charlotte in JT NW and they’ve placed me in a great high school where I have now settled in comfortably. She checks into see how I’m getting on and is always so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate getting in touch with her if you are in interested in any teaching roles!

I started with JustTeachers October 2021 as an NQT and all I can say honestly is that I am so glad and fortunate to be working with them! Everybody is so helpful, especially Geraldine! She is the sweetest and so attentive towards my needs (for example frequently finding local teaching work for me ) and my well-being, continuously provides me with moral support and I always enjoy speaking with her over the phone. She always takes care in terms of informing me about regular work opportunities at schools which I really enjoy. I have really enjoyed my teaching journey with JustTeachers so far and I would definitely recommend them!
