Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, nursery nurses and support staff into schools, colleges and nurseries nationwide. Chaotic. Happily took £52 for a DBS check from me. I politely contacted them several times over the next two months and they stated my references had not yet been returned. Two more months went by and I contacted them again - they told me one of the references wasn’t satisfactory which I know isn’t true.

One days work since September 2017, now in November. Disaster! Previously some work and rate ok by agency standards. For short term cover would be better off contacting schools direct myself to avoid agency fees and therefore compete with unqualified candidates who agencies increasingly use. Very limited effectiveness.

I've found J.T. a great agency to work with. I've had work every day. Some of the schools are challenging, however, the staff at JT listen to your concerns are supportive and give excellent follow through if needed. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to work in supply. Becky (at the Coventry branch) has been amazing to work with. Thank you J.T.!

Worst agency I have ever worked for! Stay away from the Coventry branch! Little work, poor rated schools and staff that have attitudes and communication skills similar to that of the teenagers I teach. They regularly misinform of placement requirements and some members of staff are plain and simply stroppy and rude with no telephone manners!!!

Just Teachers is a great agency I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful all staff were in person and on the phone each day. Really appreciated the care and concern they had for each individual teacher working for them as both my housemate and myself work for them. Lottie does such a great job of giving you work and jobs that are suitable to you, local to where you live and negotiated pay when necessary which another agency I was initially with didn't quite pay the same attention too and that's why I made the change to Just Teachers, and will be recommending them to all my friends in education!

I'm registered with JT's Coventry branch and I have had work all the days and the pay rate is decent. The staff are polite, helpful,considerate and professional. Monica and Laura, the secondary school consultants fab. I had three different schools and gained experience from this and had no problems. JT is a good, reliable agency to work with and I look forward to continue working with them. Of course when there were work related issues we always managed to sort them out without any difficulties. Keep up the good work JT's☺????

Work increasing. Communication not always good. They never reply to texts and emails I have responded to showing my interest in long term positions. I'm with the Coventry branch and staff are always polite and cheerful.
