Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

This review is a genuine review based on my experiences with Just Teachers (Manchester Branch). I returned from the Middle East in 2016 extremely worried about securing a post with any school. After a reached out to Just Teachers, who facilitated the move so effectively I was stress free from the moment they answered the phone. I have used many agencies after the first year of my return. Some who then offered part time work in other schools. Just Teachers have secured 2 out of 5 schools for me in this short period. They were 2 schools that I have been extremely satisfied with. I have considered leaving teaching but Claire Howarth this year has been a ‘God Send’, a woman who has gone the extra mile and managed to arrange an interview mid-way through summer holidays. Claire invested her time and really got to understand me. She then recommended a few schools but would do all the work for me and explain why such a school had been selected. I am now in a position where I work for a school that matches my philosophy in teaching, in 8 years of teaching I have not been happier. This is purely the work of Just Teachers, from Dawn Cooper who first introduced me to Just Teachers and to Claire who has re-ignited my passion for teaching.
