About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

Vision Teaching is by far the most personable and friendly agency I have spoke to, which made it easy for me to choose to go with them. They have helped me every step of the way, including Visas, paper work, and even help in finding permanent accommodations. They always keep in contact, and reply very quickly with questions, and even give you a call now and again to make sure everything is on track. They helped make my transition to London very easy, and they make you part of the team from day one. I have and will continue to recommend Vision to all of my fellow teachers! Deserving of all Stars!

From the moment I got my first e-mail from Vision 'till 3 weeks of employment later, Vision has done an amazing job of keeping me prepared, informed, and welcomed. They did a fantastic job of finding me the right placement for me in an amazing school. They really make you feel like you matter, and the fact that they're a smaller company allows them to be personable and see each person as an individual, not just another number.

Vision was nothing but great to me and my career. They got me loads of work, where I learned valuable teaching ideals and learned how the UK education system works. I am the most satisfied with Vision. From the job and income security, to the support in coming to a new country, to the overall welcomeness, Vision has gone above and beyond my needs and has made my transition to London very smooth. From the first email, to picking me up at the airport, they have made me feel comfortable and continue to support me in any way they can. I think any teacher, especially a new international teacher, would be remiss to not choose Vision Teaching as their agency.

After making the decision to come to London and researching agencies I finally chose Vision. I can easily say that was the best choice I could have made. From the very first email or phone call I knew I was in good hands. They took care of everything I needed before arriving including all the paperwork. When I did fly in Vision was waiting at the airport to pick me up and drop me off at my new house (which they helped me find). The work has been consistent and rewarding which is a large factor when moving to an entirely new country. I've already recommended Vision to several teachers and staff I've met during my time here and they have all been amazed at how great Vision has been for me. An easy 10 stars!

When I was looking to come over and teach in London, a friend suggested vision. My experience has been amazing so far. Though there are lots of reasons for my glowing review, I think it's the personal touches that have really won me over. My girlfriend came over with me to find work in a different field, and vision not only helped me set up my national insurance number, help me get a place to live, and set up my back account, but also set it all up for her as well! It can be hard moving away from your friends and family, but vision has made me feel welcome and comfortable with all these new and exciting changes!

I came from Canada to work with Vision last year and they were beyond helpful in terms of getting me settled. They picked me up at the airport, organized the set up of my bank account, held a useful training day, and organized several social events throughout the year. In addition, the staff are friendly, communicative, and honest. I have heard horror stories from other Canadian teachers of agencies going back on promises, delaying payment, etc. and this was never the case with Vision. If you are coming overseas and are looking for a personable agency that will alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with such a big move then Vision is the way to go. I am looking forward to working with them again this year.

Vision have been incredible since arriving from Australia only a week ago. Work is already coming in abundance and the whole team at Vision have been really supportive and encouraging throughout the transition from Melbourne to London. Before even arriving, Vision basically organises EVERYTHING that you need - UK bank account, mobile simcards, oyster cards for the tubes, they assist with everything to do with the visa and getting into the country as well as actually taking the time to explain anything you dont understand throughout the process. Since arriving, the only issue i've had is finding a place to live for the longer term (and ive only been here a little over a week), and Vision let you use their facilities to organise viewings/look for places! they also have an open door policy, so my past few days have been spent making coffee and eating cookies in their office - and taking 'search breaks' on their lunch breaks with them. they are not only a recruitment company but a bunch of people who genuinely care about the transition and the work they provide you. I would 100% recommend vision to anyone - particularly back home - as its been a really positive, encouraging and supportive start to my time in London.

I've been with Vision for over a year now and have found them to be reliable and supportive. They are very approachable and will provide genuine help in organising the things that can be overwhelming when coming to a new city. They also run great social events which creates a real community.

Vision has so far been absolutely excellent in helping me transition from Ontario to London on literally all fronts. Prior to making the move, they did all the work for me, minus my visa application, so my time leading up to the move was super stress free. They are very quick and helpful to answer any and all questions, and will go above and beyond to find extra information on things that might interest or help you. They pick you up from the airport and will take you to wherever your accommodations are, which is very helpful and not commonly done by other agencies, and further will help you to find permanent residency! Lastly, the owners of the company actually do the work - find schools for you to teach at, they know the teachers by name, and they (all staff) work really hard to make sure that you get the most put of your experience. I really can't say enough good things about this agency.

I have been very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff I have met and spoken to at Vision Teaching. The agency has worked very hard to find well run and welcoming schools for me to work in. The employees at Vision Teaching are interested in my experiences in schools and keen to receive any relevant feedback. I have worked for vision teaching for around 4 years. There has never been a time that I have not had work. Staff are friendly and informative. The rate of pay is great,, I have and still will recommend this agency to all my teacher friends.
