About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

Since starting work with Vision Teaching I have nothing but praise for the way in which they have handled my requests for work. I am registered other agencies, but since registering with Vision they don't get a look-in; because Vision gives me all the work I can handle. Staff are friendly and courteous and always willing to consider your specific work needs. They find me the work I want, in the schools I like and at the times I need.

I have been teaching through Vision Teaching since September 2012 and I am very happy with them as an agency, my consultant has always been supportive and tried to do his best for me. he is a great guy, Craig Sanders. I have been in continuous work through them since November 2012 and have been very happy with their service and work ethic.

I enjoyed working with vision teaching. I started working the 2nd day I got to the UK and had steady work thereafter (often 5 days/week). The teaching was at times difficult, but I think that is how it goes teaching in London...

In July 2013 I took early retirement as a Deputy Headteacher. As person in charge of supply needs I only engaged teachers from Vision Teaching because as a supremely professional outfit I could always trust the managers to send me the highest quality vetted and dedicated teachers. It made absolute sense to sign on with Vision Teaching when I took early retirement and wanted to supplement my teacher's pension with supply work. I have found it a pleasure to be on the register of Vision Teaching and am very happy to be part of a highly professional team which has at its heart the best possible service for schools and their children.

Staff are fantastic. They are friendly, do not pressure you & always listen to your needs in an attempt to accurately match your teaching profile with a school. The school's I've been to are great, though one has particularly interesting admin & head teachers. Other schools have been exceptional with friendly staff & suited to the role I've previously taught.

Vision are a brilliant supply company to work for and I would recommend them to anyone. They are accommodating to all your needs and match you with ideal schools. I have never had one problem with Vision. They support and care about their teachers and it makes it a pleasure to work for them.

Vision Teaching are amazing! I've worked for them for 5 months and have literally not had a day without work. The staff helped me SO much when moving here from overseas. They even met me at the airport and drove me to my place! They took SO much of the trouble out of moving here. The staff are really friendly and personable and actually care about their clients. Vision Teaching is absolutely the best agency to work for! After coming to London with another agency that worked hard with me before coming and providing no work once here, Vision saved me by giving me all the work I could handle and at a better rate of pay! It's easy to think that what Vision offers is too good to be true, but they absolutely follow through on every one of their promises! I can honestly say I couldn't ask for a more personable agency with people who genuinely care about every one of their teachers. I would not consider working for any other agency again. As a side note, all the extras are amazing too! Socials to meet friends, and assistance with all the settling in issues are a huge bonus that no other company offers.

I'm really shocked by Carlas comment and she should really pay attention to the names of her agencies. Vision Teaching and Vision Recruitment are two totally different agencies and I found that out on the quick google search she recommended people do. I currently work with Vision and they have been nothing but fantastic. They tell the truth about everything and have gone beyond the call of duty to try and make my life easier. Their staff are friendly and instantly put you at ease and I feel like they all put in the time to get to know me and the types of work I am looking for. Rates of pay are fair and more then I've been offered with other agencies. They have never asked me for any money at all. The service I get with them is the best I have ever experienced from a teaching agency in London and I honestly don't think there is anything they could do to make it better. An agency that listens to their teachers is a rare thing and if you go to Vision Teaching you'll find it.

I don't normally spend time on reviews but seeing the review from Carla has prompted me into action. I have had impeccable service and work as an overseas educator through Vision and would robustly recommend. Further, the clear nonsense from the frankly illiterate Carla should not be considered an accurate reflection of Vision. Perhaps Carla's struggles are less down to any agency and more to do with her clear inability to write. A review bereft of grammar, incomprehensible use of the homophones their, there and they're and extremely basic spelling errors. Vision are doing a service ensuring Carla never gets in front of a child!

I went through several agencies who promised as much work as I could handle and delivered next to know work and left me struggling with London living expenses. Then I found Vision. Vision Teaching was realistic and understated in their approach. They never made any outrageous claims and yet delivered more work than any other agency. I will recommend this team to my friends above all others because of their friendly attitude. They really look after their teachers.

The staff at Vision Teaching were very supportive and helpful during my first few months of living in London, as well as helping me relocate. I consistently get work, whether it be prebooked days or on call days as supply. Definitely an agency that seems to be one of the best in terms of rate of pay, amount of work offered, and dedication to the interests of their teachers! I hope Vision will continue to be personable as the company grows in size. Definitely glad that I chose Vision as my agency for teaching in the UK!

As a teaching assistant, they got me consistent work in more challenging areas, which really helped in my professional development. They booked me in advance and I always knew where I was going to the night before work. It took a long time to get cleared to work. Did not have a competitive salary and they had a limited variety of schools. I wouldn't recommend them, but they are not horrible!

I enrolled in 2009 and haven't been disappointed since. I have been fortunate to be on long term placements in schools that are challenging but professionally rewarding. Back up support has been excellent, enabling me to get on with with what I enrolled to do - TEACH! All in all, my experience with Vision Teaching has been excellent and I would happily recommend them to any one who desires to advance their career in teaching.
