About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

After having an awful experience with a different agency, I was desperate for work. After my friend recommended me to Vision, I have not been let down since. Within 2 weeks, I had a long term supply job and after that, I got an interview for a full time job. That was for autumn 2013. It is now spring 2015 and I am still currently with my school. Vision have helped me all along the way, and many still keep in touch with me. I would HIGHLY recommend this agency to anyone looking for overseas work! Well done Vision :)

Fabulous agency, I signed up when I moved to North London in the summer 2013 as I had been unable to find permanent work and was unfamiliar with the schools in this area. It was a slow start to the year but by the beginning of October I had a position in an amazing school for the remainder of the school year! Due to personal circumstances I decided to do day to day supply for this academic year, very different to last year, I've had at least 4 days of work every week since the first whole week of term! Been in some fantastic schools (and yes a couple of challenging ones) but would definitely recommend Vision. Never had a problem with getting paid on time either. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to local supply teachers, it's not an agency solely for international teachers (although it may seem like it from many of the comments!).

This agency is fantastic to work for. Very lovely staff who are always willing to help out with anything. I always have work for the day if I have not booked it off, and this agency made it so much easier for me to move to the UK from Canada.

Vision is sooooo good for teachers coming from abroad. They pick you up at the airport, get you settled and sort out your life so that you're no longer a hot mess. You ALWAYS have work with them at a good variety of schools. Good times will be had.

Vision Teaching found me a teaching placement back in 2009 when I was moving over from America. They again assisted me when I moved back to England in 2013. Without there help I am not sure moving to England would have been possible. I can't thank them enough for finding me a great school to teach in and transitioning to live in a new country. I know I can count on them for help or just general advice. Thanks VT!

Hands down, the BEST agency with the BEST employees!! Vision is SUPER helpful and supportive. I always got work, and had a so much fun during social nights out when i wasn't working. I recommend them to everyone thinking about teaching in England! You will not regret going with Vision Teaching :)

I worked as a teacher through Vision Teaching from January 2013 – June 2013, and never once did I question working for someone else. Myself and three other Canadian teachers I lived with in London always received work, either daily supply or short term positions in one school/classroom. From my initial contact with Sarah during my recruitment, to receiving daily calls from the guys in the office, to the managing partners Daniel and Craig - the Vision Teaching employees are genuine and personable, and truly care about their teachers. They really go above and beyond in finding daily work, and sending you to the schools where you have built relationships at. I travelled to many schools before receiving a short term position a few days a week at a preferred school, but always recognized how highly each school regarded Vision Teaching and their teachers when visiting different schools. Vision staff are SUPER helpful if you ever have a problem, and pay is on time and competitive to other agencies out there. They also host really fun social nights out with other teachers working for Vision, where I met many friends that I still am in contact with. Great agency, dedicated and sincere staff, and a memorable teaching opportunity I will never forget :)

If you want to know if you enjoy teaching or not, go to the UK and go with Vision Teaching. They take good care of you and they have some good schools to combat the bad ones.

Vision is a great agency to work for! The staff is friendly, caring and highly organized. They work hard and swiftly in solving problems if they arise. They have a vested interest in the personal and professional well being of their teachers. The staff are are very understanding and encourage feedback from their teachers. Vision works hard at ensuring their teachers ALWAYS have work. Without hesitation I would recommend Vision to any teacher working in London.
