About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Vibe are excellent! They have been professional honest and direct about policies and contracts etc from the start. They have plenty of work and are super efficient at assigning teachers. They actively seek out your feedback and, more importantly, take action on it. The whole experience working with Christie and Phil on Pink team and Ramona on Gold team has been great. They are super helpful and always positive without being forced or insincere which is so rare in life let alone in recruitment. The schools have been great and vibe really care about making the right matches. Truely excellent all round.

When people ask me about my time in London naturally the conversation gravitates towards what I did for work. However, little do my family, friends, neighbours and local barista know they're in for a 10 minute speech about how much I loved my agency every time they ask. Vibe provided me with not only consistent and flexible work but so many genuine connections. I could tell that the team really cared about me being happy and fulfilled in and out of the classroom, which set them apart from other agencies. Thank you to Angela, Dave, Jack, Joe and Naoishe from the Secondary Red Team for all the laughs, support, and work - I'm so grateful!

I recently made the decision, to swap from the classroom, to a career in tuition. Rob and Camilla at Vibe Teaching, helped to make this transition smooth and enjoyable. The entire team are always friendly and helpful, have an excellent understanding of education and always ensure there is someone available to assist. I am thoroughly enjoying carrying out tuition via their team and am truly excited to continue my career through them.

The team at Vibe are amazing! They were so helpful in getting me into my dream job and made sure they were in comms with me throughout the entire process. Luke and Ruby were so kind and went out of their way to make me feel supported in applying for the role. They clearly have a great relationship with the schools they work with and are overall just such a fun vibe!

I’ve worked with Vibe for the last two years and have previously worked with them in 2015. The consultants are lovely and genuinely listen to what you’re looking for. The pay rates are good, there is lots of work and it feels like they genuinely care about the teachers they’re working with! Francesca was an absolute star and helped to find me the ideal roles for my preferences and availability. I cannot recommend them enough - the best agency in London by far!

The team at Vibe Teacher Recruitment are absolutely fantastic and have been incredibly supportive throughout the whole recruitment process! From the first phone call with Ramona in the Gold Team, I was confident that I had found the right agency. The team at Vibe are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and extremely hard-working and thorough, so you feel completely at ease knowing they have your back! Ramona immediately began scouting opportunities for me, even before I had completed my paperwork, and very soon I had a couple of trial teaching days with two wonderful schools and secured a contract shortly thereafter. Furthermore, whenever Ramona was unavailable (due to her own teaching commitments) she made sure someone else in the team was in frequent contact with me. Jack, and the rest of the Gold Team, treated me like their own client and it demonstrates the level of professionalism and care at Vibe. I can't recommend this agency strongly enough!

I first experienced Vibe as an agency whilst still working at a school on staff. As a teacher, I appreciated the cover staff provided by Vibe and was impressed by the fact that Vibe managers often covered shifts at school themselves. When I left full-time teaching 2 years ago I was impressed enough to join Vibe and have worked continuously and exclusively ever since. I have never had a day without work except by choice during this 2 year period. If I have ever had any reason to be unhappy about a school I was asked to work at or the role I had been given Vibe always responded with took my concerns seriouly. As well providing a professional service as an agency, Vibe also provide a wide variety of continuous training - especially useful if you are new to the British education system - and great social get togethers once a term. I have enjoyed - and am enjoying working for Vibe and I have never had any cause to regret my decision to leave my permanent role and work with this excellent agency.

Vibe have been incredible. Recruiters can sometimes get a bad wrap, but these guys bring a whole new meaning to the industry. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and build a genuine, personable rapport that felt independent of work. In saying that, they were also super efficient in placing me at a school that matched exactly what I was after, making starting work in a new country a much less stressful experience. What sets Vibe apart is truly the people - they actually care about you and support you like you are a colleague or a friend rather than just an employee (sometimes I forgot I was one). Special shout out to Dave, Joe, Jack, Naoishe and Angela, who have me reconsidering my career path if it means I get to keep working with them.

Really pleased I used vibe to find teaching work when moving to the UK. They were very professional and helped with all paperwork needed to get me prepared for teaching over here. Communication was great throughout my whole time. I was lucky to end up with a job after been sent to a school through vibe. Shoutout to the Secondary team (Luke and Ruby) and Brown team (James, Sarah and Kirsten) for their help. They also organised social events which was a good way to meet other people in the teaching field. Highly recommend using vibe!

Vibe take all the pressure off working in London. I had a difficult patch in my career and meeting Vibe really got be back on track! Every member of the team is warm, enthusiastic and passionate about placing teachers in the right environment. I felt like I was really listened to and guided through finding the right fit school. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vibe to any teacher whether you are just starting out, trying to navigate parenthood and teaching or just simply wanting a breath of fresh air this is the agency for you!

I joined Vibe teaching arriving new in London and have found everyone I’ve worked with there extremely welcoming and helpful. Ian, Ash, Eoin, Rory and the green team are very hardworking, dedicated and always provided excellent communication with me. It was very comforting being in a new country to have a friendly environment and get set up with work quickly. Highly recommend signing up!
