About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

I received excellent service. The teachers were very good to my daughter. They treated her respectfully and allowed her to have breaks. I feel that my daughter received the education she deserves. I can't thank the teachers enough.

Amazing agency. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Vibe. Their care and support are second to none. Francesca has been amazing. The team members always call to check about the day and have lots of tips and advice about schools. Fantastic and supportive team.

Vibe have been great. When I came to the UK, they had a contract ready for the new term so I could start straight after my hotel isolation. Currently in another school and it is amazing. I've been working with Sophie, Martha and Eoin and they are all been really helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend Vibe.

Vibe are really supportive and treat each teacher in a friendly and personable way. You feel very much part of a team and I have felt valued from the first day that I joined. I know that from talking to teachers in schools who are responsible for organising cover, Vibe is a trusted company and highly thought of.

This is an overdue review, I’ve been meaning to post it for so long as Vibe honestly are so deserving of it. During a pandemic is perhaps not the best time to start supply teaching but Vibe we’re awesome and still managed to find me work and I’m truly grateful for how accommodating and understanding they were to my personal circumstances and always offered their help and did all they could to place me in schools etc. THANKS VIBE! As if that isn’t wonderful enough, everyone who I ever spoke to on the phone was always so polite and cheerful it literally brightens your day. They are the only agency for me!

Grace, Chauntelle and Eoin made my first ever interview so relaxing and homely, I felt comfortable to laugh and make jokes during the interview. They went out of their way to get to know my country and culture which meant alot to me. Vibe is truly exceeding in excellence

To be honest, this was the best agency I’ve worked in London. The staff was amazing and so helpful, specially during the pandemic. I am grateful that I was able to work, and that I was supported through my journey. The schools had very lovely staff as well. Give it a try !

Phil, Elle and Lucy from the Pink Team were, and indeed still are, fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me secure work when I needed it most, were always extremely affable and professional whenever I spoke with them and always had my back. If you decide to join Vibe, and you end up on the Pink Team, you'll definitely be the better for it.

So far my experience working with Vibe has been brilliant. You are helped every step of the way, being constantly in touch with different members of the Vibe team. Registration was easy to complete with video call support when filling out forms. I have only worked for a week going to different schools; every time I have been called by James to talk about the day and share thoughts but also just to have a friendly chat. My confidence going into new sen schools has continued to grow and a lot of is because James gives me great advice. I look forward to having these phone calls at the end of the day because I know I can only learn more from them. You get given jobs everyday always providing you with new opportunities to impress at schools and meet new people. (May also bump into fellow Vibe members which is great because we all look to support each other in the busy school days.) On top of the daily check ins I have had meet ups with colleagues to go through feedback of schools and these conversations are indicators of professionalism and how Vibe operates; you just easily reciprocate feelings when you see how much they care for your progression as a teaching assistant. You really feel supported from as soon as you start and it’s why I try to encourage other people looking for an opportunity in teaching/ta work to go for Vibe. They go the extra mile in welcoming you and making feel apart of a team which strives to inspire children in schools and I am proud to say I am a part of it. Would highly recommend looking into Vibe Teaching to anyone! Big shoutout to James of the SEN Orange Team, really appreciate all your support! I will keep working hard !

If you are looking for a Teaching Agency then Vibe Teacher Recruitment is your answer. Vibe gave me a chance to work as a Teacher Assistant in an amazing Sen School! Vibe is always there to support you and assist you with everything you might need. Since September I’ve been part of a team that is always there for me. Recently I got my GTS and for the first moment Vibe Team, and especially James, were by my side. Always there to guide me, to boost my confidence and advise me. I feel really lucky! My experience with Vibe has been really great. Julia has been fantastic with communication over the past year I have been with Vibe. Not only was she really great with helping me find a school, she has been really supportive throughout COVID-19 and working from home. She regularly checks in with me to see how things are going, and generally cares about the teachers she works with. Julia has been incredibly supportive during such a difficult time, happy to offer advice and listen to any feedback from me. I couldn't recommend working with Julia enough!

I started with my agency around October, November and I have really enjoyed being with them and Developing my skills in teaching and other, all the staff is very helpful and encouraging to do our best in the schools. I hope to boost more of my ability’s while working with vibe in the future. I have been working with James and Josh and both guys are fantastic, great communication skills and making sure all the staff are well placed in there schools. I highly recommended vibe to anyone to loves working with children.

Over the last 5 years I have always felt very well ‘looked after’ by Vibe and have thoroughly enjoyed the work they have sent my way. I have always found everyone at Vibe approachable, helpful, understanding, efficient and professional. Supply work has been a great way to 'wind down’ slowly from full time teaching! I have been with Vibe for over a year now and can speak nothing but praise for these guys! James, Cameron and Laura have been such an amazing support system through the tough times of Covid-19 since the beginning back in March 2020 and still continue to do so now with all the new hurdles. I am so thankful to work with such an amazing teaching agency and to have been placed at the most spectacular special needs school! Can not recommend Vibe enough

Vibe are a fantastic teaching agency that place you in school which also shuit your teaching style and needs. Over the last two years they have placed me some great long term schools with great teaching pay rates and good support each week. Feel really grateful for my experience with them
