About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Vibe has given me a great amount of flexibility and tailored my tutoring jobs to suit my needs. I am thoroughly satisfied with my current position and have had little trouble finding work with Vibe. I like the 'vibe' of the office (pun intended). Even when the going has been tough with certain students and schools, Vibe was quick to work out solutions with me. It is also very colourful and accommodating when it comes to invitations to visit the office. Thanks especially to Marta and Chris.

Absolutely amazing agency. Whilst living in London this has been the perfect fit for me wanting to teach and enjoy my time here! Super friendly, approachable and genuinely awesome people. The highlight of my teaching career has been in the schools Vibe matched me with and I’ve been lucky enough to have steady work for over a year now. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It has been great to sign up with vibe and work with them. They are so helpful and supportive. They are reliable agency. I would say sign up and see for yourself. I have had no issues with Vibe. The Yellow team is amazing. I would recommend you to attend the vibe events and see for yourself.

Vibe is a teaching agency run by teachers so they understand what is like to be a teacher and a supply teacher. They are a friendly and supportive bunch that work around your needs. They are flexible and resilient with a laid back and relaxing mentality rather than other more stressful and pushy alternatives.

This is the best teaching agency I have used. They listen to my needs and place me at schools that I can work at (according to distance from home). The consultants are approachable and the work has been consistent too. I’m extremely pleased with this agency and would recommend it to any teachers looking for work.

I would like to thank everyone at Vibe for truly putting out the vibe (and not just at the bottom of their emails) in real life too :) Vibe stands out to me compared to any other agency I've worked with for their daily check-ins to find out how my day has gone, the morning commute etc. I also feel that they genuinely care about how my day's been and are not just doing it as a tickbox exercise. Regarding the schools I've been placed with, I think that Vibe has really listened to my preferences and given me schools that match that. I would like to give a particular shoutout to Phil and Lucy who I've worked with very closely + the other members of Pink Team.

VIBE is a great teaching agency to work for. Everyone on the team is reliable, great communicators and professional. A big motivator for me to join was the fact that the staff are teachers themselves and go and teach in the schools, they send you out to. You know there is a common ground there, which is really helpful. Ciara has always been a great support when I have needed it. She's been very accommodating to my needs and very genuine in checking in when I was unwell. Ciara has been professional and reliable. In fact, everyone I've had contact with (Aoife, Jack and Joe) have been great. I would definitely recommend VIBE.

Jacob from vibe has found me the perfect TA role! As I have a degree to teach secondary, but most TA roles are in primary schools, finding a fitting role for me that suits my qualifications and interests has been a very challenging task. Still, thanks to vibe teaching and especially Jacob’s help, I have been able to secure a full time role in an SEN secondary school within an week, which I believe is a perfect match for me. So far, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience; the staff are amazing, very kind and welcoming, and I am confident that I will learn a lot from this role before I start my PGCE in September. Thank you, Jacob! You’re a legend! :-)

Since joining Vibes in 2020, I was warmly welcomed by the administration team from the start of my application. An extraordinary Agency who continues to ensure I was happy and feel comfortable with my placements. From the start of the interview process, Vibes offered me a wide choice of the area/field I would prefer to work. I have been working with Vibe for almost 2 years now and they are just amazing! Everyone in the office is so friendly and supportive, which makes them a great team to work with. The schools are great and you can usually find one quite close. Thanks Ellie for all your support during the pandemic and Luke, for yours post pandemic. Your enthusiasm makes those 7am calls for work more bearable on those cold days!

I have been with VIBE ever since I graduated. I am a professional musical theatre performer and so flexibility of work is so important to me just as much as having stable work and income too! Since I’ve been with VIBE I have never been let down I’ve always had work in amazing schools but the personal approach from VIBE means I can easily get help if I need to go to auditions or leave a school and come back in a few months due to a performing job! I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you to Alex, Ellie and Luke especially for being so lovely and helpful!
