About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

The agency's VIBE is amazing, refreshing. They are very helpful; to find the Best school for you, to have the variety of choices and the most important thing is that they support you. Good communication by the SEN Yellow team, great support. They call you to check If you are ok, If you need any help or advice. They are there for you, for any difficulty might occur,showing how supportive, encouraging and positive they are. They always prepare you for the school you will go, giving you little tips, they also get you long term roles in good schools. I have already recomended Vibe to so many friends of mine and I will keep doing that. I am hugely appreciative of Vibe's help, and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to find a teaching /teaching Assistant role!

I have been working with Vibe since the beginning of the year. From the moment I stepped into the office for my interview, there was nothing but friendly and welcoming people. They always check in on you and genuinely care and value your feedback. When you go to a new school they do a ‘walk in’ with you which really put me at ease and I’ve been at that school since the start of the year and have now been asked to go back in September which is amazing! Vibe work with so many different schools around the county giving you so much variety. Would HIGHLY recommend this amazing agency. Shout out Purple team - Lizzie you’re a star x

It’s rare to find an agency that are as personable and enthusiastic as the Vibe team, that also deliver such professionalism. Great doing their park work out today and seeing the amazing culture they have at work. Feel safe going into work when schools reopen due to their innate transparency and great communication; definitely feel that any issue would be properly addressed and listened to.

Vibe is undoubtedly the best teaching agency you can work with. Everyone is so friendly, fun and open and honest. I cannot begin to explain how supportive everyone is especially when arriving in a new country, they are so hard working and will go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and happy. A very special thanks to Sophie and the Orange Team who have helped me secure a permanent job in an amazing central London school. I couldn't have done it without Sophie!

A fabulous place to be as part of the workforce! I get regular calls in relation to my wellbeing in lockdown and to see if I need any cope. Fitness classes (for staff wellbeing during lockdown) are great during lockdown, particularly Phil's class on Friday which set me up well for the weekend. An absolute pleasure to be a part of the workforce.

Awesome agency to be a part of. Have always been welcomed and included in their Vibe family. Have enjoyed the various events organised especially the zoom PT sessions with Phil. Also speci mention to the Blue team and their team leader Cristina for the consistent support and advice given. As a result have been offered a fantastic role starting September. Vibe rocks

I wish I had discovered Vibe the moment I arrived in London! After weeks of sending out CVs and various emails to no avail, I finally registered with the agency and within a week the team at Vibe had found me a Teaching Assistant position at a truly wonderful school. They are supportive, uplifting and always available to get in touch with regarding any queries you might have. I started working with Vibe last September and it has been an amazing journey! It has been invaluable to work in such a variety of schools and incorporate the best of what I have learnt into my own teaching practice. I cannot speak highly enough of the people at Vibe.... they have always been so very professional, focussed and I quickly became proud to arrive at a school and check in as a Teacher from Vibe. I have always been consistently busy and I never thought that a Teaching Agency could be so supportive, encouraging and positive. They always prepare me for what to expect at the school and the strength of the relationships that they have with each school is clear. They always work with me to match me to the right school for me and vice versa. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with them so far and put out the Vibe!
