We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Well, where to start. I've been part of the Vibe community for the good part of 3 years and it's been an absolute blast. From starting out with Paul in little old Cookham to moving into the big smoke I wouldn't have had it any other way. Vibe are amazing at what they do and it's no wonder they are regarded so highly in the teaching agency department. I started with Vibe and never wavered as I always knew I was with the best. Massive thank you to everyone I've been in contact with over the past 3 and a half years and London wouldn't be the same had I not joined those years ago. Big shout out to Willa Grant and Jacob Hart who have been my rock these past couple of years. Thanks for everything lads. Highly recommended!

I've loved working for Vibe! They've made my transition to supply teaching so easy! The consultants are always super friendly and always listen to any concerns I have. 90% of the schools they have sent me to have been fantastic!

I joined Vibe a few weeks ago. I am returning to teaching after a long break. Vibe are very active in finding work and I am happy to working in schools so near the end of the summer term. They are sensitive to my needs and always contactable. Assignments have been followed up and it is good to be able to talk about school related stuff. I do feel supported. With a dyanamic, can-do culture at Vibe,it feels good to belong to this team.

Usually these sites are for people to attack certain agencies, but I thought it was time for someone who had been with this agency for a while to shed some light on the good side of them... I started working in London with a rival agency full time for a year and was not enjoying it one bit. Yet, a friend of mine was working with Vibe at the time and convinced me to jump ships, and it was hands down the best choice I have ever made. As soon as I came to Vibe, they have been nothing but straight up, welcoming, inviting and wanting me to enjoy my time in London teaching. Since I started with them in February, I have worked every day guaranteed, whether it be in Primary schools, Secondary schools or SEN based schools. They are so diverse with their range of schools, they cater for everyone. And to make it better, they were able to find me a school that I have fallen in love with and continually return on a daily basis, first off working one day a week full time and now pretty much full time supply. But it is never always smooth sailings. You have to expect working with an agency that the periods of first week back after holidays and the last week of terms will always be difficult to find work, but they do go out of their ways to make sure they can find you some work to tie you over. However,in my opinion, what sets Vibe apart from other agencies is their chilled, laid back feel and their social aspect. If its hosting a State of Origin drinks, to Barefoot Lawn Bowls, down to their orientation and drinks, they are always keen for a catch up and to genuinely see how you are. The consultants are always friendly and so down to earth you want to have a chat with them!! Seriously, you will not regret signing up with these guys!!

Vibe is the only teaching agency I would go through working over here in London. The Vibe team are very easy to talk to and are more than happy to help answer any questions and queries. All the staff are super friendly and pardon the pun, but have a great vibe about them!! I have had work every day that I've wanted it, and the schools I've worked in have been great. If I do have an trouble with a school then I know that I can tell one of the Vibers and they will help me out. They stay in touch and check in on a weekly basis to make sure all is going well. I would highly recommend Vibe to any teachers that are looking for work in London - definitely a 10 out 10 from me!

I've been with Vibe on and off for 5 years, I joined at 18 and came straight back after my three years at uni and they are the kindest, most helpful people to speak to every morning! Not only do they provide you with amazing schools and communities to work within, they do their best to keep you happy and put you in the right jobs that suit you. Lockie (Orange Team) is the loveliest and most professional guy, who goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy in the roles Vibe provide you with. Hugely recommend any school needing an agency to work with or anyone looking into getting into all kinds of Supply teaching or teaching assisting.

After joining another teaching agency, it was clear the second I joined Vibe that they were different! Vibe were friendly, helpful and reliable! They listened to my requests and were able to get me just the work I was looking for. The agents are down to earth and relatable as they are teachers themselves and know what supply is like. I love that you become part of a community and meet people through attending their social events. Can't recommend Vibe enough!

Vibe have been amazing to me over the past 15 or so months I have worked on and off with them! I have been extremely looked after by everyone and have always been found work when I've needed it! Vibe has been very consistent with providing you work and taking into account of your preferences of what year level you want to teach. I had signed up with two other agencies before I left Australia but my whole teaching experience changed for the better when I was recommended Vibe (a recruitment company started by a couple of Aussie teachers) from a fellow Aussie I met on my travels. From the very first meeting at the Vibe office, I was made to feel welcome and a part of the Vibe Family. All the staff were warm and enthusiastic and always professional and well organised. I was placed in some great schools for casual teaching and before long they found me a longer term placement in a great school that was close to where I was living. And there is the social side of Vibe… regular social events, be it sport or casual drinks at the pub… there is the opportunity to meet loads of new people and I made some lifelong friends. If you’re going to London to teach … Vibe is your only to-go!

Dishonest agency. They pretend that they are good and positive, but they are bad people, especially Elise. Sometimes they call to ask you how is your date, but when they send you to a crap school never call. And suddenly they many not call you again. Rate is just 58 for TA/CS and 110 for Teacher. You also need to scan the timesheet. Avoid!

Vibe was one of the teaching agencies I contacted for teaching work, before arriving in London. Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, they made my move to London so smooth and stress free. I was lucky enough to be placed in a great team, who found me a full-time position at an amazing school which I worked at for over a year. I would definitely recommend Vibe to friends and fellow teachers :)

I have only recently signed up with vibe after being recommended by a friend. I met with Jacob from the red team last Thursday who went through everything with me and what my ideal position would be. The whole red team introduced themselves to me, everyone was lovely! I literally got a message from Jacob the next day asking to give him a call in regards to this "perfect job" we had discussed the day before. By that afternoon he had organised me to meet with the principal at an amazing school in the heart of London for a year 1/2 intervention teacher (my dream position). I have now met with the principal and have a trial day in the next few weeks for the position starting next school year. Although I haven't got the position yet, the whole process was so professional and Jacob kept me in the loop the whole way. Even if this position doesn't work out I am confident that vibe will be working hard to find me another great opportunity. I have already recommended them to another teaching friend. What is great about vibe is that they are all teachers and actually teach at the schools they send you to.

Can not fault Ross and the team at vibe during my time in London. Within days of arriving placements were organised and I was teaching in schools across London. At the start of the next school year, Vibe were able to secure me a 12 month contract at a great school in north-west London. This allowed me to get the right experience to progress my career when I returned to Australia.

I want to say how highly I would recommend Vibe. They have revolutionised my London experience by finding me a school that perfectly suits my experience and preferences. I was very happy with my time as a teacher at Vibe. It was because of the catch ups at the parks that I found 2 life long friends and a roommate for my time living in London. I had work as a supply teacher everyday. I then was offered a full time role at the school I had been consistently at for a month. It all worked out perfectly. Everyone was always helpful with emails and phone calls. Thanks Vibe for the good times.

I can't say enough about Vibe for what they have done for my partner and I, except legend...wait for it...dary!! From first contact, to when we walked into headquarters and beyond they have been hugely supportive, welcoming and friendly. They made our transition from Australia to London as seamless as possible and we are extremely grateful for the treatment we have received, and the flexibility Vibe has shown for our busy work-life schedule. The teams at Vibe have cared for me like a second family. Always checking in and keeping me updated and even just checking in to see how my weekend was, which speaks volumes for the staff at Vibe and their attitude towards their job and my employment. A big shoutout to Owie, Jess and Laura in the Green Team, you guys are champions! I would absolutely recommend sending Vibe an email if you're interested in teaching in London! The fact that everyone who works at Vibe is part of the education industry makes a huge difference to their service and your experience!
