I'm with other agencies as well as TARA, but TARA is the only agency that offers a caring attitude. I am treated like a real person by TARA, and not just a body going into a school to fill a gap. Also TARA offer regular CPD where you can liaise with other supply staff, and learn survival tips. WELL DONE to all of the TARA team!!

I have not been with Tara very long. Unlike some agencies, Tara take the needs of the individual into consideration. They keep in touch and give you opportunities to choose from. My favourite agency, Sara is excellent. I look forward to continued work with them.

What an excellence and interpersonal agency to work for! All staff are always happy, and help in any which way they can by giving expert advice. They always have work for me to attend to, and the schools that they work with are all amazing, professional, and welcoming. They're all like extended family!

I registered with Tara about two years ago. Their rate of pay is the highest out of all of the agencies I work with. The consultants take your wishes into account, are very friendly and will always try to make sure you're enjoying your time in their schools. Also, they are the only agency that have managed to get me work in my own subject area. As opposed to some of the other agencies I've worked with, Tara values their relationship with their teachers as much as their relationship with the schools. They treat their teachers with respect and it's therefore always nice to speak with one of the consultants. The schools I've been to have all been lovely. I live in a remote area and I don't like traveling more than approx. 20/25 minutes, but I'm still getting work regularly. If I'd be slightly less fussy, I could be working most days. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Tara to aspiring supply teachers.

Tara have helped reinvigorate my love of teaching by placing me in schools where I can get on with teaching. They were also able to work around my needs. Pay is around 110 a day but you feel important to them when you work with them. Not just any old agency. Thanks.

Tara are an excellent education recruitment agency to work for. The level of service provided by all staff is excellent, they are really friendly, courteous and always make me feel like a valued member in there supply pool. TARA are, and have been, the best teaching agency I have ever worked for. So many agencies ask to sign you up, get you to pay for a CRB and then never call you again; these guys are the polar opposite of this. I'm not the sort of person who "recommends" things because I'm asked to; I don't believe in putting my name to something unless I really believe it's worth people knowing about. TARA is an agency I'd always recommend.

I would definitely recommend Tara as a good agency to work for. They listen to your requirements and then match you to your ideal jobs. However,it doesn't stop there. Tara contact you after your first day to check that the job still matches your requirements and so you feel valued and supported. Tara offer a first class service to teachers and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work on my behalf.

I am registered with a few agencies, but Tara shines above the rest. Only wish they would have branched out into Primary sooner. I recommended Kim to one of my uni friends who is still looking for work. I feel that I am being listened to and lengthy conversations are never an issue. Other agencies are always in a hurry to get you off the phones quickly. Tara have a very professional outlook and always deliver what they promise you.

This is a highly professional, yet personal, agency that works to create excellent relationships with its Teachers.
