I’ve been working with Tara recruitment since April 2022 and it has been great. I had a lot of personal appointments but Mary and John were always understanding and accommodating. I’m had a permanent placement at a great school and was always well supported there by Mary. There’s always a good amount of work available in my preferred locations and a good variety of SEN or mainstream, primary or secondary. Tara have great relationships with really lovely schools and the teams that I have worked with a really nice, supportive and welcoming.

For over 6 years as a supply teacher / instructor / working from primary to further education Experienced teacher over 22 years working both state and private education schools For many years I worked for Shropshire county council and telford and Wrekin LEA As a dance teacher specialist teaching from primary to further education I can highly recommend tara as very professional company and get you long term work or day to day cover also I have done a maths enhancement course for non specialist teachers to update their knowledge which I attended and enjoy teaching maths with confidence both primary and secondary I think tara are amazing and james gill / Laura h/ Laura B / John turner ( secondary team ) not forgettingmatthew and Emma and also the fabulous company director Kirsty too. I was looking for an opportunity to get back into teaching after a career change and John at Tara offered me a chance. I have been working for TARA since September 2020. I am so grateful to this agency, especially to John, who quickly found me a job at a school 15 minutes away from home. This agency really cares about their workers, they check on us regularly to make sure we are happy and provide us with feedback. They are friendly and approachable, and they make you feel appreciated. They also make sure they find you a job that adapts to your interests and background, and they treat you as a professional. Hi Rachel, I have been very impressed by the support that Laura and Matthew have given me. They are always on the end of the telephone to give advice and support. Like some of the other comments, work was slow at the beginning but now I work when it suits me. My teaching career has taken off again after spending many years as a manager. I can say, that I enjoy teaching now and am learning new skills all the time !!! Payment is always on time even though a couple of times they have had to chase schools on the Monday. So thank you all in the TARA office Shropshire.

I have been so impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of all the staff I have dealt with at Tara. It is no easy achievement to be administratively efficient, organised and to liaise with staff in multiple settings whilst remaining calm and friendly. Yet everyone I have dealt with at Tara does this easily. My only wish is that other agencies I have dealt with were up to the same standard as them. That makes Tara special and I would thoroughly recommend them.

TARA are an excellent agency to work for. I hadn't had a good experience with agencies before this until now. The team are really professional and they always found me regular work. Matthew who is in charge of the primary division was in regular contact with me and helped me get work that suited my needs. Also they put me in really nice schools too, so the work was enjoyable and stress-free. I am really grateful for the opportunity and I would highly recommend them to anyone above any other agency.

Tara have been great! Whilst waiting for my doccumts to come through Matthew kept in contact and was always great, The office staff are always helpful friendly and do all they can to support me for work. I've only been with agency a few months but so far so so good ! I'd definatly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for primary work on Shropshire .
