Tara are fabulous and I only wish I’d discovered them earlier! I knew I’d made the right choice to register with them as soon as Matt picked the phone up to me when I made my initial enquiry - he was so helpful, friendly and his professional and supportive manner really made the agency stand out from the crowd. The whole team are simply fantastic - nothing is too much trouble for them and they genuinely care. I feel so valued, they build great relationships and I have been offered regular work at lovely schools throughout my time with them. I really can’t recommend them highly enough and I am looking forward to working with them for many years to come.

I have worked with TARA since September 2019 and have had really good experiences so far. Matthew is extremely helpful, with great communication and very personable. Matthew tries to give me advance bookings, at schools I prefer, so that I can plan my week. Good rates of pay and I've always been correctly paid and on time. Thanks to Matthew and everyone at TARA!

I have been working for Tara Professional Recruitment since November 2019. Due to having my paperwork up to date, they cleared me for teaching swiftly and I was out covering teacher absences/release time across Shropshire/Telford&Wrekin. Every member of the team that I speak to are wonderful and it feels like speaking to a friend at the start/end of a day. I was contacted by Justyna Luczka about a cover supervisor role in March and I have been very impressed by TARA. After almost 12 years working as a BI Manager in the private sector for different companies in Paris, I made a career change to become a teacher in the UK. I had an interview with Justyna and she was very professional, supportive, honest and friendly and always available for me. She treats me as an individual. She is very reactive and replied very quickly to all my emails and questions by phone and always ready to listen to me and caring about my needs. Thanks to all of her advice and guidance, I got a contract with a secondary school in July for a permanent role as a teacher. I highly recommend TARA!

I have worked for Tara for more than 3 months. I have just excellent comments to give about it. What I love of this agency is its easy way to place people in working places. Tara provides fast and direct communication with its managers. Its managers, especially John, and its policies are crystal clear direct and approachable. Also, in Tara, everybody is treated and regarded as a professional. This agency recognizes its workers' efforts, and provide regular feedback about their performance. Regarding payments, all of them are made punctually, without any delay. I can say in a few words that Tara is a very professional and ethical organization.

I have been very impressed by TARA. I had only specific dates where I could work and Rachel was able to find me work during that period. I also knew in advance where it was so could plan my week and was well prepared. Rachel and Steph told me about all the documentation I would need and helped me with it so that I had everything I needed in good time. They are all a very friendly and efficient team!

Tara is full of very friendly, helpful and organised people who strive to fill my diary as much as possible. If you are considering using an agency then look no further! In my opinion and experience TARA agency is second to none. From the very first meeting I felt part of the extremely friendly team. I was given plenty of work and support when it was needed. I am taking a break at the moment for personal reasons but, as soon as I am ready to go back I know I will be welcomed.

I was contacted by Tara Professional Recruitment (John Canning) about a job and from the get go they were beyond helpful and in no ways overbearing. I took the job they found for me which has given me new purpose and really ignited a flame in an area I didn't know I would enjoy. Throughout our communication they remain fully supportive and engaging. Despite having found me the job, they don't simply wipe their hands of you, they check to see you are doing well and if there is any way in which they could be of service to you. This is a first for me. I find such agencies often quite counter-constructive most of the time as I prefer to go straight to source but with Tara, under John's help specifically, I feel both protected and empowered. Tara is a first-class agency and the best I have worked for during my many years of teaching even though I have worked for some very good agencies in the past. The staff are understanding, professional, organised and very personable. They make every effort to listen, take into consideration the supply teacher’s wishes and strengths in order to achieve a positive outcome for all concerned. I have been very fortunate to work with Laura H., Rachel and James who have made me feel a valuable member of their team. Thanks to their excellent ability to comprehend and assess needs and strengths, I have enjoyed working as an MFL teacher in well-matched schools.
