At Horizon Teachers, we have been building strong relationships with Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools, Teachers and Support Staff across London and the South East since 2008.

Many of us are former teachers, with extensive experience in Primary, Secondary and SEN education. But regardless of where we’ve come from, we all passionately share one common goal: to enhance children’s education.

We commit to achieving this goal daily, through helping aspiring teachers kick-start their careers and enabling experienced teachers develop into outstanding educators. Our approach is both personalised and holistic, with quality and integrity at the heart of everything we do.

We understand the value of Continuing Professional Development, which is why we offer free, regular training workshops for all our teaching staff. We also offer ongoing support for our schools through solving staffing issues and providing outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

Not long ago have I joined horizon. It has been a great journey so far. My consultant rina is very productive and gives me shifts according to my availability, she also provides with information and support you for any questions regarding education.

Horizon Teachers are a great agency to find supply teaching work with. Rina is fantastic to communicate with: always quickly replying and is helpful and supportive. I feel very fortunate that she found a school for me to help out at that is nearby and lovely. Highly recommend!

I've had a really positive experience with Horizon. They helped me find a school soon after I signed up and responses to queries are always quick. Recentry I have been registered with Horizon Teachers. My experience in regard of getting registred was quite encouraging and welcoming. I was assisted and helped very well by the Horizon Teachers Team. I would like to mention here specifically the considerate and guiding attitude posed by Ms Semanur who has been always reachable and made my registration process smooth and easy. My name for the work was put forward right after finishing the compliance process. Highly appreciated and strongly recommended!!!

I am registered with Horizon Teachers and was able to start work within days of registering thanks to the patience, kindness, support and efficiency from Semanur. She is always reachable and was patient through the many questions I had when registering with such a friendly and welcoming disposition. Lucas and Paul have also been very supportive in listening to my needs and preferences and matching me with the right role.

I registered with Horizon Teachers, and I am yet to work for them, however, I’d like to comment on how helpful Semanur was throughout the clearance process. She was thoughtful, kind and very efficient in clearing my file. I would recommend this agency to others as well.

I’ve been with horizon for over a year now, and recently have gotten a lot of work through Nola. She has been great with communicating and keeping me posted on any changes. I’ve been able to feedback and concerns and she’s always been open to listening and understanding. Rate of pay varies from school but I know she always has my best interest in looking for rates that are reasonable. Thank you Nola! Looking forward to working with you again once I’ve finished uni!

Horizon teachers is a great agency to work with. I have been working with Josephine Littlefair since July of last year and I can not fault her in any way possible. She is amazing at placing you in the right school , has your best interest at heart and ensures you are the best fit for the school and the fit is right for you too. I recently started working with a teacher agency and I am beyond impressed with the level of support and opportunities they provide. The agency has a wide range of work available, and they are always quick to match me with schools that fit my schedule and experience. Another great aspect of working with this agency is the rate of pay. They offer competitive rates that are higher than many other agencies in the area, and they are transparent about pay and benefits from the start. This has made my experience as an invigilator through this agency a positive one. I have been with horizon from this time last year and have never had an issue with this company, Rina has always been very helpful as well as ALLL the other staff working there and they are always sure to make sure i have work if and when available, i appreciate the help I get from horizon teachers and the support.
