I joined Red Box in the summer of 22 and I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff are very friendly and transparent. I’ve had consistent work since I started with them and most bookings are done in advance allowing me to prepare myself for the week ahead. I am happy with Red Box and would recommend them to anyone.

A great agency to work for.Brilliant staff at the end of the phone.Who are really helpful. Basically you could not work for a better agency. This was the only agency I considered when I left my previous school after 23 years!! I had spoken to lots of supply staff and everyone of them recommended Red Box.The best decision ever. Since moving to Redbox In December 2021, I've not had to look elsewhere for work. They have continously provided work and in my preferred Borough, Tower Hamlets. Whether it's long-term or day to day supply, Redbox will always have something for you. The recruitment/booking consultants are very supportive and efficient in their roles....Hayley and Dee are just amazing and so quick with responses to any queries you may have. The text message booking system is one of the best systems I have come across. No need to speak to the consultants, they will ask and you just respond via text message...which makes life all the more easier! (Especially if you're a busy mum!) Just to add to that, Redbox do not apply pressure on anyone to take on any role, neither a particular school. One can pick and choose the schools of their choice and their preferred days of work. I cannot highly recommend this agency enough, it truly has allowed me to be flexible in my work capacity and maintain work life balance well. Give them a go, and you'll never look elsewhere:-)

Having worked with 2 other agencies but not getting schools in the area I wanted to work (Tower Hamlets) I was at a school one day and another supply teacher recommended Red Box. I thought why not? I am so very glad that I did because I have as much work as I want, long term, block bookings and day to day in TH at some wonderful schools. The Red Box team are not just professional and honest, they genuinely care and listen to you. In fact they are there evenings and weekends if you do need them which is amazing. I only work for them now and I would recommend them without reservation!

Signing with Redbox stemmed from a recommendation from a former colleague who had nothing but praise! I can honestly say that I’m truly grateful for being given the chance to work with Redbox. My anxiety /pointless rumours surrounding supply work has held me back but once I made the decision to sign up with Redbox , I instantly knew it was right! The staff have been so friendly & accommodating, with regular work in and around my preferred schools. My agent has gone far & beyond to ensure that that my experience has lived up to expectations, and I can honestly say it has.

A smaller, friendlier agency. They work mostly locally to me in east London which is fantastic. I have found them supportive, responsive and never pushy. In my experience they’ve been best agency to work with.
