A lovely little supply agency, joint with some truly beautiful primary schools. Great with finding regular work (once supply demands for schools rise). A particular positive for me has been how timely they can often be with pre-bookings. It saves me the anxiety of not knowing where I am going the night before. The initial registration process was fairly straight-forward. Where problems arose, it was nothing a few telephone calls couldn't sort out. I recommend Redbox without any form of reservations.

Redbox are a great agency to work for. They are mainly focused around East London, which means I always get local work. I’ve been with Redbox for a year now, and With their help I have a long term supply role at a lovely school! Hayley and Dee have always been so helpful and supportive. Without a doubt this is the best agency in London, especially for Tower Hamlets. They understand how special my Borough is and work with so many of the schools, it's a genuine delight to receive my booking texts every day. Sometimes pre-booked, sometimes in the morning, always to a lovely school and often I see other Red Boxers and we exchange our positive experiences. Red Box agency works very closely with Tower Hamlets Schools where we find smaller class sizes with lots of additional adult support and a wealth of resources readily available for making teaching fun and exciting. The agency looks after my interests; equally taking care of the schools and communities.

I’ve loved working with Redbox. Everything is really simple - I love that jobs are offered through text and that we don’t have to worry about getting timesheets signed at the end of the day! They have really listened to my preferences regarding schools and year groups etc. and I’ve always felt well supported by them. The work is plentiful too and the schools are conveniently very close to where I live. A great agency to work for.

I have been with Redbox since April 2021. They are the first and only agency I have worked with, but I have never felt the need to look elsewhere. They are efficient and helpful. Communication is good and they have found me the work I wanted as a teacher in Primary schools. I would definitely recommend them.

I started working with this agency last May and cannot rate them highly enough. I am a freelance writer as well as a teacher and wanted the flexibility of supply - to choose when I wanted to work. I signed up with two of the larger agencies prior to Red Box thinking I would be able to pick which days I worked, not so, I was made to feel guilty for not working during busy periods and then not offered work when I was available. So I joined Red Box on a friend’s recommendation and they have been superb. They are kind, supportive and genuinely interested in you as a person as well as a teacher. Highly recommend this company above all others you will be looked after, I feel I am a part of the team and I can see myself being with them for a long time. Oh! And they completely understand that I have a second job and do not hold it against me when I cannot work!

One word: OUTSTANDING! Honestly, I have worked with countless agencies since the dawn of time but I can definitely say Redbox agency has been the best one so far and God sent for me! Redbox has been my one go to agency since I started working with them last summer term and I have been loving every minute of it. It’s very rare when an agency makes you feel valued, supported and cared for but Redbox has been doing so ever since day one with me. The staff members that I have interacted with so far are Dee, Hayley, Max and Jordan, hands-down, they have been the sweetest and most helpful to me. They are always so approachable, reliable and open to lending an ear. I definitely, have to say that I love how direct they are with work: bookings are done through texts, no timesheets - it’s been hassle-free! I have been booked out almost every single day of the week (unless I take any days off for personal reasons). I have to say: thank you Redbox team for restoring my love for teaching and in people (at the risk of sounding dramatic but 100% true)!

Redbox is an amazing agency to work with. Every single member of staff are extremely helpful, in particularly Hayley and Dee who's always available for a chat, very honest and open. They're a caring and reliable agency to which I can proudly say that I have the honour of working with them. They're quick to deal with queries and always supportive with your decisions. They provide opportunities for each individual's needs. Honestly, one of the best agency that I could possibly work with. If they had their own payroll opposed to an umbrella company it would have been even better that it is now.
