Honestly the most understanding and the best agency I have ever worked with over the past 15 years. They actually care and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Unlike others, they don't 'stop giving work' when you say you are unavailable or are not happy about a role/school/year group/area.

I have been working for Redbox since 2017 as a teaching assistant and my first job with them was a long term position. I have now returned back to working with them since 2021 as a teacher and I must say they always look after their employees! Work is consistent and they always try to accommodate you with great schools in your borough. It is great working with the whole team especially Hayley,Dee and Max! Thanks guys for everything.

In September I joined Red Box as an experienced teacher but new to supply work. I was initially nervous, but should not have been. The registration process was straight forward and the team is friendly, efficient and supportive. Aside from the start of term when work can be slow for a week, I have been able to work as much as I have wanted to and to choose my days of work. Hayley, Dee and Max have been very accommodating about my year group preferences and I have never been pressured to take a job I didn’t want. I haven’t needed or wanted to join another agency and would recommend them. Their daily rates of pay are at the higher end for supply, my only wish would be for a higher rate for experienced teachers with a proven track record. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve been a Supply for Redbox for the past few years and I’m most satisfied with them. Dee, Hayley, Max and others are extremely supportive and always, always book me in for work. Through Redbox I have been successful on finding full time/Part-time teaching positions at wonderful schools. I’ve always recommended them to my friends and family members. I’ve been with Redbox since October 2022 and have found the experience positively brilliant. Staff are friendly, accommodating, supportive and professional - what more could anyone ask for? Assignments are notified and confirmed in advance and there’s room for flexibility. I had been with a different agency but moved to Redbox to ensure I would be getting assignments in Tower Hamlets. Not only has that been the case but the overall experience has been much better too. A special thanks to Hayley and Dee for their understanding when I’ve had to cancel assignments due to child care issues. A very ‘human’ agency.

Great, friendly, honest and reliable service! Agency recruitment staff are always there to listen and are excellent at accomodating requests regarding school placements. Quick and efficient service, quick to find school placements in particular on days where schools have not been pre booked. Highly recomend the agency for both TA and Teacher supply work, have used the agency frequently for both since 2016!

Beyond impressed with the service RedBox offer supply teachers . I have worked for other agencies in the past but now I certainly not even think about working with any other agency . I have been with Red Box for a good few years. I have nothing but praise for the team. They are truly amazing, caring and professional. Most bookings are pre booked and they let you know in advance and if there are any changes they let you know in plenty of time. I always feel confident that they will always find me work.
