I have worked for many agencies but this has to be the very best. The team here are very supportive especially Hayley and Dee, they always give you plenty of details about the school and role they want. I am also very impressed by the support they have given me.

Redbox are very supportive and efficient. It was a very easy process to join the agency and at the get go are ready to find you jobs. Hayley was very friendly and understood my needs and requirements. She supported me whenever I needed something done. I was with Redbox for over a year and have enjoyed my experience with them. As a supply TA for nearly 5 years I found RedBox; very down to earth people that appreciate you. The service is amazing they always give you spot on directions and help you on your journey. Even if you take time off like sickness RedBox still treat you the same and never lose your credibility

Fantastic agency! Best I’ve experienced! After working for several agencies I’ve found that the service you receive can really vary and communication is key. Most agencies use staff as a number and are based on commission. RedBox staff are extremely supportive and honest. This is something very rare in this industry I’d highly recommend RedBox to any teacher, TA’s or SEN support. Marvellous service

Red Box have been very good offering me day to day and weekly work. They are very polite and professional as well as having this personal approach when getting in touch with you. First few weeks it has been very quiet it can set you back a bit financially otherwise it does pick up and can get very busy. Depending on the area or where you want to work.

Red Box is quite simply put, the vest agency in London. The staff there are brilliant. They are honest and so helpful from the off, so you always know exactly where you are. I was sick of getting the odd day here or there and being sent miles from home, but you dont' get any of that nonsense with Red Box. Dee and Hayley are there for you from day one and I have had plenty of work. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was with two other very average agencies before I found Red Box, who were recommended to me by other SEND supply staff who said they were excellent. They were right! The team are so warm and friendly and they actually care about you as a professional as well as a person, making sure they understand what you are looking for and matching you perfectly with a school. I was in work constantly when I wanted it, and now I am in a long term position for this academic year. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone who wants to work in Tower Hamlets in particular.
