When I first moved to London from Australia, I looked up this website and read all these amazing reviews about Redbox and thought it was too good to be true. I ended up going with a different agency a friend recommended and had some of the most horrible experiences dealing with their consultants, being sent really far out even though I lived in Zone 1 and had low pay. Moved onto another one and again had a horrible experience before finally meeting someone who recommended Redbox and went with them. Best decision I ever made! I was with them for almost a year, wished I'd joined them earlier and it made my time in London so much more enjoyable! The schools they sent me to had some of the most amazing students and teachers I'd met and taught in London, their communication with me was so easy and clear, I was happy with my pay, I never had a day without work when I was available. I really appreciated how they respected me as a teacher and would offer me roles that would suit the commitment I outlined to them and not force any roles onto me, like some other agencies I'd been with. I really liked that they focused on key locations in London and that made it more predictable as to how far I would have to travel as a Supply Teacher. Thank you to Hayley and everyone at Redbox for everything you did for me, I honestly cannot speak more highly of you and all the team and if I'm ever back teaching in London, I'll be sure to contact you guys!

An absolutely fantastic agency, the staff have been helpful and supportive throughout my time with them and made my transition into supply teaching a stress-free one! Very thankful for all that RB has done for me and very glad that I went with them over all of the other agencies!

I came to Red Box after leaving full time teaching feeling a little nervous about what to expect as a supply teacher. The staff at the agency eased me into my new role with professionalism and support. I have received a variety of work - always in good schools. I am about to retire and shall miss the friendly interaction, especially with Hayley. They are an excellent agency to work for and I can highly recommend them.

I signed up with Redbox at the end of the last academic year. The registration process was quick and easy and apart from two days (one being the first day of term) I have have been offered work every morning. They have since found me a long term PPA cover position with a school in Mile End which suits my schedule perfectly and they upped my pay by £10 a day! Overall they are a great agency to work for and I really have no complaints to make about them! They are a small team so you often speak to the same person and get a very personal service. I highly recommend them!

Redbox are an incredible agency to work for. Moving from Australia and working in London was a huge step for me and Redbox has made this process so much easier. Hayley and the rest of the team are so supportive and friendly and have provided consistent work for me for the 2 months I have been here so far. They have always done their best to place me in my preferred year level. I cannot r commend this agency enough!

I cannot speak higher of Redbox as an agency. I have worked with them for just over a year doing both day to day supply and long term positions. I could (and should) wax lyrical about Red Box Teachers, they are such a wonderful agency. I originally registered with Red Box back when the agency had just started out in 2010 when there were only two consultants. I secured a position through Red Box that year and stayed in contact, I re-registered again at the end of this academic year to supply teach from September. Already I have secured regular days at 2 wonderful schools which fits extremely well for me as I'm currently studying. I think Red Box are superb at what they do. I absolutely cannot rate them highly enough.

I have been apart of Red Box since the early days of arriving in London four years ago. Travelling to their office, a little out of the way, made me feel a bit apprehensive of my choice in agency. However when I arrived at their office, I was met with a small, warm intimate family of people who would provide me with comfort for the following years to come. Immediately I could sense a team at work; people who gave themselves to helping schools find teachers. Strangely I felt I didn't need to worry about work; I knew that I was in safe hands. In fact, the day I arrived they offered me to visit schools just to observe and get experience up whilst waiting for schools to seek supply. A week later, they found a school less than 5 minutes from my home, where I would remain for three years in a full time PPA capacity. During that time, I felt fully supported by Red Box. They had negotiated pay and even raised my pay consecutively for the following years. After this, I had then decided to go into class teaching. Red Box had found a school and I had helped negotiate the pay according to my experience. Again, during this year, Red Box had been very warm in any questions or concerns I had. This year, my fifth, I have decided to do general supply around different schools. Red Box are delivering with high success days for work at a rate that reflects my experience. Overall, Red Box have carried me through four years in a variety of roles: full time PPA cover, whole class teaching and general supply. They have been nothing but professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. I have felt they have heard my needs, striven hard to find work that makes me, the school and Red Box happy, and also been very helpful with every question and request I have had in this time. They are by all means a - if not THE - top agency. Don' think about it. Do it.

I switched to Red Box Teaching Agency from another London based agency and was so incredibly impressed. The staff were warm and personable, the work was plentiful, the pay was great, and the schools that I went to were great! I ended up securing a regular position in a school for several months and the Red Box staff consistently checked up on me to see how I was doing. When working for this agency you are not a number, rather you are a valued member of staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone teaching in the London area as they are professional, accommodating and personable!! Great experience and thank you to the whole staff (particularly Katy who was extremely supportive when I switched over to the agency)!

Redbox has been the best choice I could have made for my teaching in London, without doubt. The warm and friendly team have made my teaching experiences consistently positive, and provided me with such diverse and enjoyable supply and long-term work across 2.5 years. In that time, I've very rarely, if ever, been without work when available, and always confident that I was being paid some of the best rates in London. The quality of schools that I've been sent to are consistently very good, especially in Tower Hamlets, and it's always lovely to meet friendly (and equally happy) Redbox staff at different schools. By far, the best quality about this agency is their warm, personable and friendly assistance - they always go out of their way to find the right fit for both supply and long-term work, and with zero pressure unlike with previous agency experience. A massive thanks to Hayley and Loretta in particular, who are always so approachable and willing to help if ever need be. I can't recommend Redbox highly enough - thank you ladies for all of your wonderful work and support!
