I signed up to AER after hearing such good reviews from this website and I was very pleased to hear I would be dealing with [Name] and [Name] who have been recommended here. I signed up and it was fine but I didn't feel like I related to [Name] very well or that he put me at ease. I did admire him for his honesty which I liked as I felt he wasn't trying to suck up as a recruiter. He called me regarding a long-term position I might be interested in and whether to put me forward. I said it was fine and also told him I would be available for work that week. I didn't hear anything! Nothing back at all. I even emailed him to ask regarding when work would be available and he didn't even bother to reply. I have been so disappointed. I work for Tradewind and ASQ Education too and I've found ASQ to be the best. I've been called in for work practically every single day - not so much with Tradewind. So ASQ is the only agency I'd recommend. I've now landed a permanent position so will not be needing any agency services anymore but if I did go back, I think ASQ would be the only one I'd be willing to rely on. I did a lot of research before signing to any agencies and those were the ones successful enough for me to go in and sign with them and only one turned out well. SMART Teachers was awful as they never contacted me - same with Edustaff. I wrote this review as I wanted people to have an honest opinion of this agency and not be blindsided by all the positive reviews like I was.

I Have been working with AER Teacher since a long time and I have found a great experience working with them. I have worked with different schools for them, all long term contracts.Yet again i am awaiting for the new start in September.I highly recommend working with AER Teachers.

When I arrived in the UK I was told by many of my friends that teaching in London can be a rather daunting challenge. I was advised to register with more than one agency so decided that 5 would cover my bases. Upon meeting the consultants at AER I immediately felt confident that they would find me sufficient work which is exactly what they have done. I have completed a few long term assignments for them now and know that they will continue to support me in finding sufficient work. They are very honest and informative about the schools they send me to and have always paid me a very good rate – much higher than any of the other agencies offered me. Most of the consultants are ex-teachers and I find they are very supportive and approachable. I would highly recommend working with AER teachers.

AER Teachers have always provided the guidance and support that I needed as a newly qualified teacher. I have worked at three different schools for them, all long term contracts and my most recent offer through AER was a permanent job at my favourite school. I have just accepted the post and cannot wait to start at my new school in September. Thanks to Deon and Jenna I’ve managed to secure my dream job.

I have been with AER since september and they have given me consitent work. when teaching work dried up they gave me the choice of cover supervisor work which helped pay the bills!

Really impressed with the level of professionalism shown by this agency. I have been in regular contact with the same consultant each time, they are always on hand when I have been in touch, and they have been honest about what is out there. I have now been posted to a fantastic school which I love working in!

I have been registered with AERT Teachers for over a year and I can honestly say that they are the BEST AGENCY I have ever worked with. They only recently started daily supply and have been keeping me busy with cover supervisor work.

I've been really impressed with AER, they have kept me informed and constantly letting me know about positions I would be interested in. Just after registering with them, I managed to get a full-time position in a school I loved and therefore haven't seen any of the schools AER have to offer but even so they update me which not many agencies will do. They also offer cover supervisor positions, which are harder to come by and suited my experience really well. I would highly recommend to others.

I am a Canadian teacher who has been in England for 2 years now. I started with another company when I first came over and I had so many issues. When I was searching for a new agency I found from the very start that AER was the best: when I call I can talk to the same person, I can always get ahold of them, they are always personable and professional, the school they recommended is exactly as they said it would be, I never had issues with pay, and they pay more than any other agency I have come across. It has been an overall enjoyable experience and I would and do highly recommend them.

I have registered with I don't know how many agencies and worked for about 5 or 6. AER teachers is the only one I would recommend. It is the only agency I have come across where you're not just treated as another number, you feel like they actually care about the people the find work for and are there to support you. I've worked at quite a few different schools and nursery's over London and through AER have found a really lovely school. I work there as a teacher assistant but after working at this school I've decided that once I graduate I will do my teachers qualification.

AER Teachers is an absolute top notch agency and I can highly recommend them. Any queries I may have are dealt with promptly and in a very supportive and caring manner. Leanne and Deon do a fantastic job of looking after me. They have found me a fantastic position in a lovely school and I couldn't be happier. My initial six week post has turned into a long term position with the possibility of being kept on after July. Keep up the good work folks :o)

Easily the best agency I've dealt with in London. The staff at AER had by far the most personal touch and ultimately lined up my first full time job within a few weeks. I'm now at a fantastic school on a significantly higher pay rate than any other agency has offered. I highly recommend them.

The most honest and reliable agency I have dealt with to date! I joined them in November and they found me the perfect school in January! I was looked after by Amie who took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. The AER Team are so friendly and supportive – I would galdly recommend them.

I have worked for several agencies in the UK over the past five years and recently AER has stood out as one of the most professional. AER Teachers were brilliant when I arrived in London from Cape Town, South Africa! It was my first time overseas and I was really worried about teaching in London. They provided me with help, support and training to get me through my interviews and first week of teaching! I have been in a long term at one school since September and things are going well, thanks to AER!

AER have been great to work with so and I have found the service I have received from Deon in particular to be top notch! Although I looking for long term work, Deon has managed to quickly find me daily supply in a great school where there are opportunities to pick up more days, so that's made my start in supply teaching a positive one, thanks!
