Within our Management team we have over 50 years Recruitment and Education experience between us and we have very clear thoughts about how important person to person relationships are within this industry.

I registered with Veritas while still in Australia before moving to London to teach and their regular communication and assistance was fantastic. I was approached by Roscoe who was great and I also spoke to Leighton a few times and he was absolutely brilliant with helping me understand the process and teaching in London. Since arriving I have worked for the same school and have been really supported by Josh. Overall I think their communication is fantastic and they're a really lovely agency.

I had someone by the name of Thiviyanka Suntharesan finding me a job. Amazing person to work with; called me up for a potential job vacancy that might be of interest to me (it was exactly what I am looking for), got me an interview straight away (within 2 days), kept in constant contact with me which was really good because I felt supported throughout the entire process.

Shocking. Signed up for veritas was offered a job at a school as told rate of pay was £70 per day obviously after tax etc works out at £55 just less per day. Was told given a role without even confirming my right to work in the UK! Then once started found out a separate company you would need to fill out another large document in order to get paid! None of this was explained at the job offer, plus then the payment company needed extra stuff in order to be paid - I provided this and was informed I would be paid that day (already 5 days overdue) anyway I wasn’t paid that day then the weekend came nothing so Monday I contacted sapphire (payment company) who informed me they had no confirmation of my hours from veritas. I had done my timesheet the school I was working at had confirmed these hours what more did they need? Fast forward to Tuesday still nothing and now just passing the books first it was ‘admin error’ the ‘the schools fault they haven’t confirmed’ even though I had the confirmation from the school in front of me! Just a big mess around from start to finish shouldn’t have to chase your wages! It’s a big no from me!!!!

I've joined Veritas Education in 2019 and I'm so pleased With them. Staff are kind, polite and very helpful. Especially Shannon she gives me jobs every week in nurseries. She always reply to my calls, texts and emails on time. Thank you so much!

Bear in mind that Veritas are the first Agency I have worked with as a TA - I flirted with others, but have never been assigned by another Agency as a TA; Veritas are the first Agency to "pay" me (It's Umbrella Employment, after all, an interesting compromise between being Freelance/Self-employed and Employed). My background is in training (Cycling and Mechanics) and then working under long and short term contracts that were nonetheless employments. That said, Veritas have set the bar REALLY high. Working with one of their Senior Consultants has been perhaps the single best pseudo-line management experience of my life and career. And I started with Veritas the week in March that the UK went into nationwide lockdown. Advice re umbrella employer was objective and unpressured. Liasing with Agency-School-me has been smooth in a way I never dreamed would be possible. In IB terms, they definitely get a 6 at least!

I haven’t been with this agency for long but, they have been very good with my availability! I work for other agencies and they are really good at working around me and finding me work for whenever I’m free! Staff are all lovely, as are the schools!

Emma, the regional manager at Leeds was very successful in matching my strengths and expertise to a teaching role in the locality. I have found the Leeds team friendly, helpful and professional .
