Having read the Redbox reviews on this website, I contacted Sue for help finding a volunteer placement for this Spring in London. Within one week she was able to get me two positions, approved a form for my university and answered all of my questions very quickly. She has made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process. I am so impressed with Redbox! I am really looking forward to starting my placement and hopefully continuing with Sue once I am fully qualified. Thank you again!

Red Box Teachers are the best agency I have ever worked for! The owner (Sue) is very professional and super friendly, and she always answers the phone with a cheery hello. All of the staff treat you like you are the only person working for them which is great to feel that valued and a great personal approach. They offer tops rates of pay and great referral bonuses and always try to find you schools and positions to suit your needs. I love working for Red Box!

Fantastic service! Sue is lovely to work for, you can have a laugh and never feel like 'just a number' when speaking to her. The pay is much higher than other agencies although paying your employers national insurance can put a bit of a dampner on this! Overall I would highly recommend ANYONE work through them. The text system they use to inform you of jobs and locations is great, and no more annoying time sheets to send off each week! You are pretty much guaranteed work everyday, except for beginning and end of terms when its pretty quiet for everyone. If you refer someone else to work for them the fee you receive is triple that of most other agencies. RedBox by far has been the most positive agency I have worked with since arriving in London. Infact since joining with them I have not bothered with the other agencies I was initally signed up with.

I can't fault this agency. They are honest, professional, approachable and the best rates of pay. I am so grateful to be able to work for Sue, I don't look back. I feel truly valued as she wont hesitate to take feedback on your efforts. Which is extremely motivating. Only wish I'd been work for Redbox longer.

It's nice to know when you answer an incoming call from an agency that there is personality and honesty behind the voice...and that's what Sue delivers. Time and time again, Sue has been there to help, sort issues and deliver the goods. I am very happy with her and her team...they care about you and making sure your time in London schools is the best it can be. Definitely the only agency I would recommend to others.

Sue and Katy are fantastic at organising work the week in advance so you don't have to wait for that early morning message. The text system they have is great as it makes it very easy to find the schools. The rate of pay is also higher than other agencies that i have looked into.

From the three agencies I have dealt with in the past I can honestly say that Redbox is the most personalised, professional and enjoyable to work for. The user-friendly directions that are texted to my phone each morning mean that I can leave the house early and be on time rather than wait for early morning calls where I need to rush to get ready as well as check where to go. Sue and Katy are absolutely lovely and have found me work nearly every day that I have been available. If you don't want to feel as though you are just another teacher in an overwhelming system then I cannot recommend Redbox enough. They are reliable, honest and motivating to work for. Keep up the great work girls!

Since arriving in the UK a year ago I have only ever worked for this 1 agency and I plan to work with them until I leave. I always recommend working for Redbox to others. The inimitable Sue Bedford puts a kiss at the end of every correspondence. She is so warm and personable that every other agency seems frosty in comparison. The difference is that it is her agency. She genuinely cares because it is her business. With other agencies you are dealing with some shmuck who is wishing he/she was somewhere else. Sue has given me the sense of financial security that is so hard to achieve as a humble supply. She pays 140-150 a day. Beat that! Sue keeps sending you back to the same schools. This means that you become established in a school and even have the comfort of knowing where the toilets are! The schools I am in now are all dream schools, rated good- outstanding. Thanks to Redbox, another satisfied teacher.

Both Sue and Katy have been extremely friendly, approachable and welcoming since I have joined the Redbox team. They are very easy to get hold of if I have ever had any questions or needed to discuss something with them. Also, they text system is very handy when you are visiting a school for the first time and works far better as a communication system rather than exclusively just using email. I wish I had known about Red Box when I arrived in London 3yrs ago! I have recently gone back to Supply teaching after working full time and started off working for 2 agencies but there is now no reason to work for anyone except Red Box- they keep me so busy. Sue and Katy are brilliant and made me feel at ease very quickly about going to different schools. The pay is extremely competitive and always on time (you will be amazed at how many agencies have paid me at least a week late!). I love working for Red Box and will recommend it to every teacher coming to London to Supply.

One word... HONESTY!! Sue and Katy run the first and only purely honest teaching recruitment agency I have ever worked for!!! In return I am completely honest with them! I supply teach because of other outside commitments that require a lot of attention and the occasional day off. Not only does Sue provide me with more than enough work at wonderful schools but she completely supports my outside interests and never pressures me to take an assignment. It is amazing the difference having someone like that in corner makes!!! In return I always do my best for her and make sure the school has a good impression of Redbox. This seems to be a very basic concept that not a lot of employers properly understand! Sue I am so proud to have been there at your doors first opening and I hope you feel I have carried out my duties with due diligence that properly represents you. Love you lots Juddie xxx
