To Whom It May Concern, I searched high and low for an agency I could trust before I arrived in London. Thankfully through an Internet search, a telephone call, and a picturesque train ride (all within two days), I found the delightful, charming, charismatic, and professional Sue, and the team of beautiful Red Box employees nestled in a warm office in London. Nearly a year later, I am proud to say that Red Box has become one of my best friends in London. They pay me handsomely (better than any other agency I've heard of). They provide me with plenty of varied work and challenges which will enrich my C.V. (from nursery all the way to the Year 6s to all the diversified experiences you can think of). They send me to quality schools which are bursting with culture, laughter, and students eager to learn. They treat me like a real asset to their company. They are 100% honest, and will tell me if I get it wrong, and a lovely pat on the back when I get it right. Overall, I could not ask for a more passionate, hardworking and professional organisation, who will do everything they can to ensure I have a memorable experience in London.

This is in response to the posting left today by 'Anon'. I have been with RedBox for more than 2 years and I am happy to actually put my name along with my comment. They ARE a very good agency. I have been teaching for 18 years and If I wasn't happy with them I would go elsewhere - there is plenty of competition. Teaching in the UK isn't easy, and I'm not sure what you were expecting when you came here Anon. I personally have NEVER felt like they treat me like a number. As for the survival of the fittest - well aren't all occupations like that? If a person has a good attitude, works hard and is good at what they do, a school is likely to want them back. Not everyone is going to fit well into every school and I'm sure that just as there are schools that we don't like, there will be schools that may not like us. Don't take it personally, don't blame RedBox and be brave enough to stand up and be counted, rather than hide behind Anon.

I cant recommend Redbox enough they are the best agency! I was recommended Redbox by friends who found permanent jobs through Redbox. They have been fantastic in helping me find work long term in a great school and I highly encourage anyone who wants to work in a primary school to use Redbox. Sue and her lovely team are brilliant as they have been so efficient and friendly since iv signed up with them.

This agency is 10 out of 10, They are friendly, helpful and professional group that have never failed to get me work in excellent schools. I have been involved with other supply agencies before and no one even comes close to the service RedBox provide. I highly recommend any supply teacher to sign up to RedBox, you will not regret it.

I was initially going to come to London to teach with another agency. After months and months of trying to contact them about when I should arrive and where I would be teaching, receiving limited response and poor communication, I decided to do some research and found Red Box. I contacted them hoping I would get a response soon because they sounded like a fantastic agency. I received a response the next day! Less than a month later, I was in London and teaching. The week I arrived they got me work and were there every step of the way, supporting me in my transition to London life (moving across continents is no mean feat but you can be assured that the wonderful ladies at Red Box will do everything they can to help). All you really need to know is that Red Box will treat you like family. They always have YOUR interests at heart. It's really saying something when you know every single person you work for and communicate with them regularly. Because they take the time to know you, they do their best to place you in schools where you will fit in and feel comfortable. They never make you travel too far and are ALWAYS on YOUR side. Best agency in the country.

After working with another agency for the past 3 years, I made the wise decision to start working with Red Box this year and couldn't be happier. Sue and everyone at Red Box have been really supportive with everything from the very first time that I contacted them. This school year has been really fantastic. The majority of the time I know which school I'm working at a week in advance rather than a few minutes before the start of the day. The schools that I've been working at have been wonderful and I'm more than happy to go back to any of them. It also doesn't hurt that the pay rate is much better than any other agency that I've been in contact with since being in London. I can't thank Sue and everyone at Red Box enough.

I honestly can't rate Red Box any higher, they have been fantastic. I was a little wary when I signed up, as I was looking for TA work, and wasn't sure how much work was going to be available. I needn't have worried, as 2 days after I finished my registration, I was offered a post in a year 2 class till July, which I accepted in a heartbeat. The school is brilliant, and I'm really happy there. One of the best things about Red Box is their staff. Unlike other agencies I've worked for, they are very personable, and are a pleasure to work for. Brilliant agency!

I'm very surprised to see negative comments on red box as they really are the best agency in London. I know them as both a recruiter of supply staff and now a member of their agency staff. The information and guidance I was given as a new supply teacher was outstanding. This agency really does go the extra mile with its staff. The schools (for me mainly tower hamlets ) are great, really friendly and well organised. Sue keeps me informed of placements and gives really good feedback. This is a small agency and that means they know all their teachers well; that means placements have all been appropriate. They deserve very high ratings. Don't believe the negative comments.

Redbox is the only agency I've been with in London, but I can recommend them unequivocally. I was a bit nervous about supply teaching, but Sue's warmth and professionalism gave me confidence that my needs were being looked after. I was looking for a long term position, and within a week, she had found me two possible schools (and was very understanding when I explained that one of them was not 100% what I was looking for). After three weeks of regular supply work, I am joining a school I am proud to be a part of- and I'm a tough critic! Many, many thanks to Sue and Katy- I'd recommend you to anyone who is thinking of supply teaching in London.

I have joined Redbox through the advice of a friend and I will be staying with them for the remainder of my stay in the UK. The company always work hard to find you work, the pay is fantastic and the school's are great with lots of support. If you are looking for full-time work the company will also assist you in finding somewhere.

It is really simple to rate RedBox: they are fantastic! Honestly, they have provided a continual stream of work and I've not had to fret whether work will be coming up. They have even given me guaranteed pay for certain days or weeks because they are so confident of providing work- and obviously to also tie my availability down; it is an enticing incentive- it works. The staff are all involved, and I hear from all of them through phone calls and emails and text messages to support the development of work/availability. Contact is very personable. The schools I have worked with through RedBox are great. I haven't experienced a bad school, they're all well managed and staff have been friendly and supportive. The journey to Shepperton to finalise working for RedBox is worth it.

Absolutely happy with this agency. I arrived in London with a different agency but was not getting any work. I decided to try primary education so I went (and was recommended to) with Redbox. When I went for my interview, they found me a full time PPA position as I was there signing forms! They are very personable and make you feel relaxed and at ease. They also do follow up calls just to make sure you are ok. This is a big bonus especially when you are all alone in London struggling to find your feet. I would defiantly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly Redbox secured me some work. I had an interview on a Wednesday and on Friday they were calling me with work! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, but most importantly, they are PRO-ACTIVE! I registered with a few agencies but Redbox have proved themselves to be the most effecient by far.

I have just left Redbox as I have moved out of the London area. I found the ladies at Redbox very friendly and they always greeted my by name and went out of their way to make sure I was happy, even asking how my weekend was. They were always available to speak with me to make sure I enjoyed everyday of work. Redbox arranged a long term supply post with an amazing school where I was given the chance to have my own class. Great, friendly people who give fair and excellent rates of pay.
